1. I use whatever software/programs the client specifies. A lot of games are translated in excel--the rest, in MemoQ. 2. Creative translation doesn't benefit as much from translation software, unlike non-creative translation (tech, medical, legal, etc.) since you don't always want to translate the same word the same way every single time.
