You know what's crazy is that there's people that actually did this. There's a guy who lives in my town who mined Bitcoin for a long time with supplemental solar power. Back when it was smaller, he earned like a hundred grand, and just spent it. Everyday if you bring up Bitcoin he talks about how he regrets not saving it. "I could literally be retired right now" was my favorite quote of his.

Let me get this right: this scammer confesses to being a criminal whilst digging a deeper grave for Kelly because she shared company confidential information with him. Maybe Denise should offer Michael a job to fill the vacancy left by Kelly. After all he didn't do such a bad job in talking to those staff members and at least it would be honest work. I wouldn't be surprised to discover that these events have had such a profound effect on Kelly that she turns to a life of crime and starts calling all these scammer in a desperate attempt to scam them.

He couldn't be so good if he didn't know their scripts but it takes years of regular practice to get so good and instead of reaching a certain limit and staying there, Kit just keeps pushing the boundaries and developing techniques that are way beyond what most scambaiters do ! A lot of baiters just call them and swear down the phone or flood them with calls until they change their numbers, some are more proactive and are able to disrupt their activities more severely but Kit's level of scambaiting is something else !

I get learning languages can be hard but it depends on how the recieving person feels. You know, I'm consistently surprised by the gaping blind spots people develop for things like that. One of my most worrisome calls ever was that a wired keyboard connected to another PC on the other side of the room, isn't working on the PC they are trying to use 20 feet away. "I need a new wireless keyboard, this one's broken." So you think that we tethered a wireless keyboard to an unrelated PC 20 feet away where you literally can't see the monitor and have to blindly type and walk back and forth? And at no point did anyone in the room question why the screen connected to the wireless keyboard anchor is filling up with random characters? Hundreds.... Of characters. Adults, parents, people who operate dangerous heavy machinery for a living. I can't figure it out either. I can't make myself ignore anything that severely.

@@L3ttuc3 there was recently a cyberattack in (I think) Chicago that tried to poison the water supply and it was fortunately caught in time because employees noticed a cursor moving around for no reason. So hope isn't entirely lost. It's still absolutely disturbing how unobservent people are. Herd mentality at best. Unrelated to that, people see anything technical looking or sounding and short circuit. If it looks the part as they imagine, they go with it. It's appeal to authority and path leading. The accent isn't even out of place as so many things are outsourced to India.
