With Bitcoin, every transaction is publicly verified, so many risks are eliminated, including chargeback fraud or 'friendly fraud.' This is when a customer purchases something online with a credit card; waits to receive the goods or service, then requests a chargeback refund. The bank then forcibly takes the funds out of the merchant's account.
For all the people who are asking how he got a 300,000 loan with 8$/h income, his father co-signed the loan so they saw it as his father's income is paying the loan and his father got 1% of the property
Lmao. “I did it all with my hard work and dedication! And my fathers promise to the lender he would shoulder the loan should I probably fuck up!” This guy is full of shit
Ya, they make it seem so easy, except I know basically no one that would go sign on a loan for me. Took me 5 people just to find someone to co-sign for a 20k loan for college. It’s not that people don’t think I’m trustworthy and won’t pay it off, people just don’t want to make that big of a decision when it really doesn’t do anything for them. It doesn’t concern them at all so they don’t want it.
This seems like the worst investing period. Started investing recently when the market prices were a bit high, today I am more than 60% down! Hopefully, the markets will go back up.

Investing in various sources of income that are independent of the government should be the most essential thing on everyone's mind right now. especially in light of the global economic crisis at the moment. The time is still right to invest in stocks, precious metals, such as gold and silver, as well as virtual money.

We are already in a big crash Inflation is a catastrophe. This CPI report is a colossal failure. To bring the housing market to a halt, the FED will have to pull all the stops. The unfortunate issue is that other markets are being decimated. If you want to stay green, you have to rely on a lot of diversification. Currently up 14% and being careful. Still a better deal than leaving it in a savings or checking account yielding 0-1 percent interest.

I'm on my fourth viewing of this video and you have to be really careful as he glances over some of the most let's say undesirable parts of this deal: principle pay down, moving in after the 90-day reno (a tenant wasn't paying), the impact these credit transactions have on credit score, the money necessary for all associated transaction fees, the legal work necessary to rent out a property, the risk of defaulting on the 375k-ish worth of loans, the risk of the hard money lender pulling your loan, and the yatayataing of having twenty percent down by the time the house was appraised at $550,000 dollars just to name a few. Meet Kevin months ago I watched this video and it gave me hope that real estate was a viable entry point to financial investing with a low capital expense. Now I realize this is a really good way to go bankrupt if you don't have four to five key things line up perfectly and if this is your origin story you are a very very lucky man. TL;DR- He didn't make as much money as he says he did in the video and he could have very easily gone bankrupt on this deal
Dude seems to be massively over leveraged, and in an economic downturn he could easily get burned. That’s how Dave Ramsey lost his money in real estate.
That would also be a idiotic move to put all your eggs in one basket. Its nice and dandy in hindsight, sure, but hindsight is 2020. With how volatile that stock is, it would be absolutely retarded to put your life savings into a single stock like that.
Technically he could have turned 10.5k into 1.13 million, but 1: No way he could have known about how Tesla would progress 2: It took 10 years, whereas he did this in 3 months.
To my understanding this just proves how much we need an edge as investors because playing the market like everyone else just isn’t good enough. I've been quite unsure about investing in this current market and at the same time I feel it's the best time to get started on the market, what are your thoughts?
Since the crash, I've been in the red. I’m playing the long term game, so I'm not too worried but Jim Cramer mentioned there are still a lot of great opportunities, though stocks has been down a lot. I also heard news of a guy that made $250k from about $110k since the crash and I would really look to know how to go about this.
it all depends on how long you're willing to hold for and your strategies, stocks might likely tank further, but making serious gains in this downtrend shouldn't be a problem if you're a pro

Kevin, you provide a lot of insight but I am still very confused as to how you did this. Can you please elaborate on a few things 1) You are not allowed to rent out your property with an FHA loan with a 3.5 % down payment so if your thinking that worst case scenario you cant make the payments you can always rent it out that's wrong you will in fact lose your home. You need a minimum of 25% down payment if you have intentions of renting out your property to someone else and it would not be an FHA loan it would be a buy to let. 2) Assuming you decide to buy a home to sell on an FHA you are required to own the property for at least 90 days before you can sell. That is for a standard FHA loan. You are saying you got a 203k loan. 3) You are not allowed to sell a house in 90 days with a 203k loan. With a 203k loan you are required to live in the house for at least 1 year. 4) You said you used a hard money lender to make renovations. Renevation cost are not an option after the loan. Renovation costs are factored in to the initial loan you take out for the home. Can you please help me understand how you made 100,000 with just a little over 10k.
@@Vosmalus Kevin - at least - so far - is not giving us a reason to think otherwise - but he did open the books showing us his net worth. What I am saying is; he had to have figured out SOME mysterious way to get where he is today.
I like your reply as it is much more well thought out than other ;) I found this as you also made me take a look into what your saying as well (see below). I think you can do this in combination of a wedge deal or duplexes ... please let me know. www.investopedia.com/ask/answers/112515/can-fha-loans-be-used-investment-property.asp Dual Purpose Another way to use an FHA loan to buy an income property is to purchase multi-unit dwelling. The FHA allows homeowners to buy a property with up to four units, provided one is owner-occupied. There is no limit to how large the lot size may be, though. This way, the owner is able to live in one unit, making it an owner-occupied property and, therefore, FHA-eligible. The owner can rent out the other unit(s) for income. A savvy investor in a hot rental market sometimes earns enough income using this method to live in the home for free. As noted above, the FHA lends up to 96.5% of the appraised value, meaning the purchaser can put as down little as 3.5%.

Jason Harvey Kevin and Graham always skip these, I am sure there are instances where u dont pay those costs but you do more often than not. They also skip the fact that they were already inside a real state circle from family or close friends, is not easy as to just buy and sell a house like they put it
Most people think... investing in crypto is all about buying coin and leaving it to rise,😂common it takes much analysis to be a successful crypto trader
I thought it was a scam, until I invested $20000 with Crypfundsinvest.com and I cash out $50000 and still have much left, Thanks to crypfundsinvest.com
I wouldn’t doubt it at all. I know for a fact the power of a little percentage here and there on a good net worth, what’s more when you let the public know how much you started with, it gets so puzzling. I got into wall street investing. First couple of months was more of losses Along my research I came across some analyst he got me investing on stocks fix and in eight months of compounding profits I’d gotten six figures withdrawn believe it or not. To think I put in 77K GBP at the onset... It’s very possible Great video sir👍👍
I also know for a fact real estate investments are not as complicated as that of the trade market. I also trade the market and I can tell you madam you can just earn like so except you’re some pro.. are you a pro? What’s your method?
On the contrary sir. One does no go about investing on the trade market as a newbie on the market. Study study study Nevertheless making profit is priority. I’m in contract with a pro analyst. He gets commission on profit I earn for eleven months I’ve been making good ends in my investments as I learn. Do get to his page if you want more info hovikmorte. com I’ll take it over real estate any day perhaps in the future lol
As one with $5000 or a little above it and given the present economy , is it better to invest into Real Estates, crypto, gold or into Stocks. Which would yield better output. Considering a young mid income, short term person living in the US with less time on my hands?
Has got to be Stocks but of course, you have to be well informed on the right ones or better still, get a pro to handle it for you (that way, you save time and minimize risks). Made my first million this way earlier this year. One more thing, one can wake you up by 2am to complain about a leaking pipe, the other can't.
@@danielchen2857 Very sound advise! I have been into both for long and though I won't say I have lost a fortune, I have squandered quite a lot... If it's not a problem, do you mind recommending the pro you worked with? I could definitely use the help of one right now... I look forward to your reply...
@@davidblakes4952 Funny enough, I can honestly relate. Nobody said it was easy as it took some level of decisionness and discipline. I don't know if I am permitted to drop it here, but her name is "Leah Marie Sandock". Was in the news a lot in 2018. You may look her up for more.
@@danielchen2857 Wow I know this little lady. Once attended a seminar she was also in attendance in Madrid,, She's American though, I doubt she works with foreigners,,,
Yeah, i watched the video, but don't understand the 100g in pocket when that went back into the refinance to get rid of the mortgage insurance, leaving him with a pocket value of 0, and an estimated 2500/ month mortgage payment if it's a 30 year fixed. At 19, that's one hell of a job to be able to swing that payment. Maybe I missed that part. Or maybe we are all watching this video thinking everybody's situation is the same. I like the information on leveraging 10 grand on a house, but thinking it oversimplifies. 10 grand and some loan magic is not going to get you the house. 10 grand, and hard work leading up to it and continuing through it... maybe.
Hello. I'm actually looking for a good trader that can help me trade and make good profit, I've been seeing so many recommendations but i don't think they're trusted. Please do you have any recommendation?
Most time having knowledge or insight about a particular activity can as well be a pleasing exercise. I can boldly say that stock trading is one of the profitable money exchange services that elevates investors and their financial status.
I achieve great success every week with the guidance of my BROKER and since contacting my BROKER, Mrs Elizabeth Armstrong Palmer, I have gained a lot with small losses, her trading strategy is top-notch.
I have also been trading with her, The profits are secured and over a 100% return on investment directly sent to your wallet, I'm a living testimony of her work.
I wasn't financially free until my 30s and I’m still in my 30s, bought my second house already, earning passive income on a monthly basis via my investments. All thanks to my adviser Jane Marie Kunak, I got 5 out of 5 goals, and hopefully this encourages someone that it doesn’t matter if you don’t have any of them right now, you can start today. Regardless of your age, invest and change your future! Investing in the financial market is a grand choice and I'm glad I made it. Great video!
@@bruce6985 You can't live off of dividends or build up generational wealth unless you've got a half a million bucks minimum lol exxon with one of the highest dividend percentages at 5.8% would pay out 58 grand per year if you invested a million dollars. Half a million would pay 29k a year in dividends. Rather underwhelming unless you've got a LOT of cash
Taking the right step as a beginner in trading or investing requires lots of preparation, developing the skills and using proper risk management which is a psychological torture between fear and greed. My advise is don’t lose your hard earned money when there’re other ways to simply the process with the help of an experienced financial consultant who sees the entire structure of the market
@Jessica Austin I recommend Mrs Victoria Q. Wilson of UCLA Anderson. she's quite exceptional when it comes to this and her methods are working for me at the moment
@@bobbyjames5414 Ever since I lost my job with the ministry, I have been surviving through my investment with Miss Victoria, I'm so glad I invested when I did.
@Chris Morgan I saw the recommendation but I didn't bother chatting her up, I keep losing really I still don't understand how the forex market works though
Day trading gives me at great returns weekly and anyone can take advantage too but there are restrictions that could limit one from achieving this so I use an expert while I earn thanks to the AI technology on the platform
Many people have become millionaires trading options because with the leverage invovled in options trading, people can make a fortune or lose it all very quickly
@fionaabel9132 I don't trade myself as I mentioned earlier I use an expert for that Mr ravies Benjamin which is why I earn because of his outstanding strategies
Watching videos like this keeps me inspired. I’m coming up on a year clean, I was born into the world of addiction and for most of my life I thought there was no hope. Homeless on benches, just dreading life. Today finances are hard and sometimes I can’t afford food, but I fight through because I see people around me fighting the fight and succeeding. I’ll get there one day. Never giving up hope again! :D
Same bro I was born into an environment with everyone addicted to something but I know I have the strength to overcome it, I’m lucky to respect myself enough not to take hard drugs but I struggle with saying no to marijuana your comment gave me some hope brother
September 16th is my one year bro. Alcohol turned me into Satan and I was killing myself daily. I was homeless 8 months ago but got help thru community of hope. 8 months later I have my own place my own vehicle 5000 bucks to my name with 3000 invested. 2100 in 50 AMC shares. Mo ass coming soon and ill be set. You can do all you want if you just stay sober and push forward every day. You deserve just as good of a life as these suits. God bless and good luck in the future bro
@jeremy and Asvp7, send me a friend request on FB and let me know its you in messenger. We'll talk. (Frank Houghton) my pro pic is me and my black lab. Yeah, I even have a Labrador I care for now as well
I don’t understand how the bank even approved of him paying 3.5% down when his debt to income ratio with 8-9 dollars an hour couldnt sustain a 300k house. Your monthly mortgage has to be under 50% of your monthly income for the bank to even approve a loan. Also I think if you’re going to use the property for investment purposes it will be more than just 3.5% down

I'm shopping for my fifth place right now and I learned a lot from this presentation. The four places I have are all rented out and two are free-and-clear and the other two are running very strongly at break-even. All are great places (always filled) that float upward in both appraised values and rents. Let me guess that your presentation here will be studied by a couple of people who then will act on some of what you presented. I will add one little thing: When on Zillow searching for houses FOR SALE, remember that it is the market that sets prices THEREFORE click on SOLD so as to see what things actually sold for. SOLD prices are what 'the market' dictates the price is! And what happened in the Spring of 2019 will be different than what you see today. Also, do look at 'days on market' as Sellers and Brokers will often misprice a property when they bring it out on MLS and the Buyers out there will get turned off. Most Buyers look once. YOU can go in there once the place is 'stale' and pull together a set-up that would have never have been considered when the listing first came out. Kevin, you're lessons are wonderful!!! You speak about the little things that can start a person on the way to building a bit of wealth. Many 'kids' will be attracted to what is popular, eg., sexy STOCKS are hot and they'll never consider doing any of this while the reality is this (little property deals) is what it hot. You can earn the money needed for other plays in the world after you build a base of wealth by collecting a few nice homes. Income properties, houses that need work, the dog in the great neighborhood.... combined with some ideas and an ability to not take no for an answer, oh my, this is where wealth is created. Take a person who is starting and then watch them put their hard earned $10,500.00 in the stock market and all the money would be gone in time. Most will never ask this: Why try to 'get lucky' when you can build something solid that will end up throwing off some play around money to use if you want to play around?
Hey man, sounds like your doing good for yourself considering you own 4 properties. Just a question, Im 24 and have 70k in savings that I would like to invest in real estate. What would you do if you didn't own anything and were starting in the game with 70k?
@@outkastoriginal1379 Hello, I just saw this now and I will enjoy guiding you as much as I can. Kevin is way smarter than I am and so I think he's is one of the best people to follow, to ask questions of... etc. Your question is perfect! Firstly, to make things very specific I will ask you WHERE you are exactly and where you are 'considering' doing something. Where in California, zipcodes.
@@wmc9722 thank you for the reply, any guidance you can give me will be greatly appreciated.. Currently I live in the central coast, I live in a small town called gilroy which is just between san jose and santa cruz, but I would be open to invest anywhere really wether thats in california or out of state as long as I know what I'm doing or have someone with experience to guide me through it.. Ive seen numerous videos online to try and learn a strategy wether that's flipping houses, renting out a home, wholesaling, etc.. But i honestly don't know how i could invest in real estate with only 70k, alot of the numbers on examples i see online are somewhat unrealistic to my current situation, and thats why i want to find someone who's really been there and done that to guide me to be successful in that field. A real mentor who can show me step by step how to use those 70k wisely
Bitcoin is fast rising and if you are lucky to have a good broker ,then I believe you have absolutely nothing to worry about because you are in for a financial upliftment
I'm also trading with Augustin Philips Fx he is the broker who has been guiding my investment since last year, I've been able to get a good return with any principal amount
