Dearest Levi, I'm so impressed that you're tapping into your walk with the Lord. If people only knew that what's bringing anxiety to so many individuals is how upside down and sinful our society is, then they would also tap into their relationship with God. Being grateful is a beautiful start. Leaving sin behind is most important. Looking at the beauty of this beautiful world that God created is healing. Remember: we need to relinquish everything to God and just say, "not my will, but your will be done." Everything happens by permission of God. While it may seem that the world is falling apart, it isn't. God is still on the throne and in charge and he is all wise and all good. He knows what he is doing. Whatever happens, is for a reason. Hey Levi! I was actually hospitalized for anxiety and a panic attack a week ago today. I honestly thought I was going to die. I started medication on Tuesday and it took until Friday for it to start working enough to keep the anxiety at bay. Saturday and Sunday were the first days that I was able to sleep more than an hour at a time. So that is what I am grateful for. A few days that I felt good in a row. Yes….i remind myself to see my blessings. If we all could see the good and the purpose for life, we could stop so much of the hate in this world. When I’m depressed or angry I turn my thoughts to all the blessings! Glad you are liking this change. ❤

I'm much, much older than you, but I do the same thing. While riding down the road, I see big fluffy beautiful clouds and I tell God how beautiful they are and thank him for letting me see them. The world and its creatures are amazing. When you go out at night and see the beautiful moon and stars, it just gives you a feeling of wonderment. It's like we live in a water globe. Such beauty everywhere we look. I'm glad you are getting better. You are going in the right direction. Hugs.
I miss my youth I can’t run jump or play like I used to but I thank God he has giving me grandkids to sit on porch and watch them grow up I’m able to tell them stories and give them little tips around the farm
Levi, You are Awesome 😎 God is so good that you have the Lord and a new mindset of the things to be grateful for. And to fully get the mold fungus out of your body, you may want to consider no sugar, including fruit and mushrooms as they all feed the fungus. I found lemon and lime juice to make sure I get the nutrients and no sugar.

Good to see you back Levi. Grateful for your decision to follow Christ. I actually had been praying for you especially after watching some of your videos and seeing that you were lost and searching. So congratulations!! I just have to say this bc I feel it bares repeating. The only person that we as Christians need to look up to is Christ. Not any human being. We are all imperfect and in need of a Savior. That's why Jesus (Yeshua) came down and sacrificed His life. Some people have a tendency to idolize certain individuals for whatever reason, then they get let down when they see that person stumble or fall into sin. And sometimes they even walk away from the faith bc of their idolatry. All's you have to do is look at headlines to see that happening....it's just facts. So the point I was getting to is keep your eyes on The Lord. Read His Word. I am so happy for you. I realize that you are young in the Lord, but keep on trusting in Him and allowing The Holy Spirit to guide you and if you ask Him He will direct your steps. God Bless ✝️🙏

The attitude of gratitude. What you believe you can achieve. Praying everyday is also a great help for me. Go to God in prayer as many times a day that you need to, he is an Amazing help with your mental state & everything else. Life is very short make the best of every moment. If your day starts off bad, STOP PRAY, & then turn your day around. Make the best of everyday. You control your mind 😀 You can do this your an Awesome young man, also it helps that you're at your Dad's & he is positively positive 😀😁
I had to figure out the root cause of my anxiety. And was really surprised when I figured it out. Here's a tip. The subconscious mind will try to warn the conscious mind when things happen that your not consciously aware of. Think about that. It's not always a pleasant answer but when you figure out the reality of it and except it, you will feel better and be able to move past it. That's the easiest way I can describe it. Your not going crazy but the subconscious is trying to tell the conscious something. People are very evil haters these days. Beyond belief. But you can and will get thru it. Be strong in the LORD and the power of his Might. Someone in your past is not who you thought they were. Someone you trusted. Never give up. It might take some time but remember. . .
