How I use my FERVENT book with my bible ( 

Cat, it is amazing to look back to when you started on RU-vid and see how much you have bloomed!!! in turn I have bloomed... God in this past year has brought me miles closer to Him in our journey together. I am so thankful and blessed. A lot of turns and twists and speed bumps, but it has all been worth it and I feel like I have been released from a life long prison term!! Thanks for all you do! I love you Sis!

I have bern wanting to complete this study for awhile now so toy gave some really awesome ideas.

YES! That was great! That’s the ideas we want to see, the tools others use to help further our devotionals! Everyone studies so different that you can always see a new way, I’m so happy to see your ways. Now I definitely “attack” my book with highlighting, tabs and pens....but never take those certain phrases or points and transfer them to another journal. I mean those are some ideas that can benefit me later or everyday. Thanks for that idea! (It is a lot prettier and more exited to reread than on my little index cards. Thanks Cat

Cat Woods, I Love that you point out that the scriptures in these books are for people to look up in their own Bibles. I am a person that loves my high liters in my books. I never used to, until I went to college...and someone pointed out that if we pay for the books, we can write in the book. LOL So, now if you were to look at some of the books I have...from like Max Lucado...they all have been marked up. I will be ordering Fervent in the next couple of days. I've never done a prayer journal before...though I've been a Christian since I was about 12. But, this year God's put so much on my heart to do a Bible study/ prayer journal notebook.

Hi Cat, I just wanted to tell you that read Fervent about a year ago and really enjoyed it but after watching this video I think I'm going to go through it again and make better notes. Thank you for inspiring me. Also, I took my Fervent book to an office depot and had them make it into a spiral bound book. It is so much easier to go through that way. Just an idea for you.

I really enjoyed your video, thank you. When I got my Fervent book I went through it underlining and writing notes in my planner. I also took mine to the Office Depot and had it coil bound. Much easier to read and hold. God Bless You.

Fervent is my current study book...and I'm so inspired by Priscilla Shirer. She is an amazing teacher. I just watched "War Room" again to further inspire me, too. :o) I agree with you that there is no right or wrong way to study...it's just what works for each of us as we navigate God's beautiful words. Hi Cat, great video! I have had the Fervent book a long time. I’ve read it through, but do not remember anything. I like how you are working through the book and including important notes that you want to remember. I just found a used, like brand new, GW Pray The Scriptures Bible, (man, hard to find and extremely expensive if you can find it new). I have a question on that you are doing with the Battlefield of the Mind Bible. Is it a completely different study than your Fervent study, and you are using the one TN insert to do both studies? Or is the study specially chosen that pertains to the Strategies you are working on? I am a visual person also, and have a terrible time staying on track. I also forget things easily due to my chronic health issues. My therapist has been telling me to journal and take a lot of notes and make some kind of references to find what I am looking for. You are such a blessing to me, I could not do any type of study without your suggestions. I have trouble coming up with ways to do a study. You have just given me so much hope that I can do this. Thank you for sharing, and God Bless you for all the time you put in helping us, especially those of use that do not have a complete working brain!

You inspired me a few weeks ago to get the Battlefield of the Mind bible. I ended up with the paperback/soft cover version which is okay. I love reading it and all the stuff Joyce Meyer puts in it. The pages are super thin, are your pages in yours thin too? I want to journal in it and add stuff, but I'm afraid the pages will tear. Also, I love love your little girls you post in your journaling. Are they stickers or what? They are just adorable! :)

Wow, I really love what you are doing and that you shared it with us. I'm curious, do you use the "Fervent" TN as a source book everyday when you pray? If so, can you show us some examples of how you would pray using it? I also love your decorations, tip ins, etc. It would make me want to look at it all the time. Cat did u sparkle all the scripture (in your bible itself) that was in each chapter? Or just high light some and sparkle some of the ones that stood out to u the most? I have started it and have been sparkling each verse but have since realized that there is over 100 in the book and I don’t think my bible will hold all that sparkle! Just wondering.
