Guys and Galz we have got one life only just one life. Don't have big plans. For what are we making plans ? for our kids ? let them make their own fortune. Live life thank God and enjoy. Long plans and thinking only brings sorrow when investments are drowned. Enjoy every day!! cheers
Having long term plans can be for future you as well. Also, why does it have to be one or the other? You can build a comfortable life for your future life but you can also enjoy it within your limits at present too :)
I'm mentally stuck between IT and finance. 1. I am half way through Chartered accountancy ( like CPA of USA ) but I'm concerned about two things alot. Growth in future and salary. I have heard that after like 5-7 years in IT, I will be paid much more than I otherwise would get in CPA. 2. I love data analysis and SQL in general with Excel. I'm 25 now and I have don't think I have any problem with restarting. I'm currently working in a department that is like 10% finance and 90% is data analysis and customer complaint handling. I absolutely love it because I make impact directly on someone's life like everyday. So please suggest me what should I move to. I don't have any bachelor degree but my halfway CA can get me admission in 3rd year of a bachelor's degree in commerce. What should i move to: CFA,CPA or IT

Also, could you please make a detailed video on what 18 year old should do to buy their first property? Especially with the interest rates significantly increasing and the constant increase in house prices in Sydney, how much savings should I accumulate to buy my first property? If so, what are the ways? Where is the best place to get a loan? I heard we get like 10k as a first home buyer, but not sure about the loan aspect of buying properties. Are there any schemes that make buying a house easier for a uni student (I don't think so, but are there any smart ways)? I understand it is better to pay off my HECS Debt whilst studying (which is what I am doing now), so my future loan amount eligibility won't be affected. Hopefully, I will buy my first property by 2025-2026. If you have any questions to gain more insight from my perspective, could you please let me know? I think everyone has different goals and ambitions in life and there are many out there like myself who would like to live a comfortable life. It's try that money doesn't buy happiness but it does buy freedom and choice..
