I really hope you like this video. I put my heart and passion into it and it is a very important one for me. To my family and friends: Thank you for being there and always supporting me in my journey. To my beatbox brothers and sisters: Thank you for inspiring me and making me the beatboxer I am today. Thank you for all the amazing moments. I can't wait to see you all again. And to all of you: Thank you for all your support, I might not know you but I owe you a lot simply because you are here. I'm very lucky. I hope this documentary can help you in any type of way, if it's the case : let me know in the comment section. I'll be more than happy to read. Beatboxing has changed my life. Let's see what 2022 is made of
Yoooo, colaps you were so underrated before and you came and rocked the stage in ggb 2021, one of my most favourite beatboxers of all time, keep it up man, you've got an amazingly unique style.
It's a pleasure to be a part of your journey 🌊🩸 Seeing your progress since the 2017 French Champs is an absolute blessing, and I can't wait to see the rest of your career ! Excellent video btw, I hope non-beatboxers realize after waching it that beatboxing is a very hard discipline, that requires years of practice, just like any other instrument. And I hope beatboxers realize that lowkey work, dedication and passion are the only keys to achieve their goals. If Colaps did it, you can do it too :)
So many things I didn’t know about the community before 2016. It’s fascinating to see a lot of the legends I know now back when they were younger. Thank you for this in depth documentary. Such an inspiration to many.
@@nathanjbyrd yeah I was rooting for COLAPS this year. When I saw COLAPS vs dlow in my head I was like "yo, if he composes himself and gets his timing down on stage he has a chance of winning all of gbb."
It was amazing to see you performe live. And now with this video the experience is even more meaningfull. To understand all the work you put into that one moment at the winners ceremony is truely humbling. Hope to get to meet you next GBB!
It doesn’t matter weather you like beatbox or not, But to be number one in the world in any field, is a huge honor. A big respect to you collaps from the heart of an engineer.🇮🇳🇫🇷
Started beatboxing at 14, turned 16 couple weeks ago and I've learnt so much from everyone in the beatbox community. Took inspiration from you and learnt the snare and clicks you do and it's helping me so much develop my way of beatbox and I never realized how far I've come as a beatboxer myself and thanks to your story I can reflect and enjoy where I've been and where I'm going. Keep going GBB CHAMP!!🔥👑
What a Journey man! Nice to see how you have developed to be able to become a world champion. It gives all of us an inspiration to work hard and achieve our goal. Keep up the good work champ🏆 ESH!!

Insane to see you become #1 in the world man. Inspiring! 1:34 I remember when this vid was released ! Such a big move quitting your job (we had the same job in common haha) to become a full time beatboxer, I love that man. Super proud of you. Congrats again champ:)
Man and let me tell you something, your video production, story telling is brilliant. I sat through the whole vid and it felt short. Really enjoyed it. Thank you Colaps, may God bless you bro.
Whaaaaaaaat you are a programmer Colaps????? I didn't know it!!!!!!!! That's amazing and now I'm even more happy with your achiviements. I'm a dev too and discovered the bbx community 4 years ago listening to your journey gives me power to keep learning, cause this journey is not easy. All the best for you and your family bro ❤❤❤❤❤❤❤.

That was a beautiful documentary experience. As a film student and as an aspiring beatboxer that was amazing! You're a true inspiration. Keep on evolving and never let defeat slow you down
Hard work, always consistent, passion is the key Thank you Colaps, for showing an inspiring journey!!! I'm curious, what will you achieve next Colaps? haha
It's interesting to see your thought process on your way to getting the highest beatboxing achievement in the world. Lots of discipline and work ethic involved, much more than I would have ever thought.
that d-low vs colaps battle was soooo close. you should be proud that you even stood a chance against the absolute beast that is D-low and did exceptionally well. one of my favorite GBB battles easily.
I cant wait to see your beatbox journey, hopefully we see what your parents did when you told them you wanted to be a beatboxer 😅 #mustachepower #colaps
I was introduced to beatbox by knowing I felt I’m the winner when you won I can’t describe how I’m happy for you You deserve this big time Keep up the good work I’ll see you in high places
Трудная, местами жестокая, но в тоже время трогательная история, мне очень понравилось! Рад, что живу в одного время с вами) я новичок в битбоксе, но уже многому научился. Надеюсь, что однажды мы с вами забатлимся;)
Dude I have no idea where my life is going but this video made me want to cry. The idea of over a decade on doing something is crazy, so happy for you mate
Colaps dude you're the best beatboxer i've seen lately.Congratulations and wish you continued success bro I can't go without saying this.Your movement from 29:00 to 29:08 of the video is indescribable
omg this documentary was so interesting and truly inspiring.🙏🙏🙏 absolute fire on the stage🔥🔥🔥!!! Colaps you are truly are legend and big inspiration for us all, big up and respect to the true mustache power💯💯💯
This video made me realise how much of a battle this is. Not only with youre oponents but with yourself. Thank you so much for making this video, and sharing youre amaizing path with us.
Alors déjà félicitation pour la victoire! Et la qualité de cette vidéo est ouf de voir ton parcours avec des images de battles! Le montage est parfait vraiment trop agréable à regarder Big Up Colaps
This video is so sick. One of my favourite beatboxers for sure! You're flow and technique is always so on point. So much respect for you and your style. That battle with D-low is still one of my favourites! The crowd was so hype and the battle was so dope. Keep going brother! Much love from Canada!
I'm gonna be honest, I had River winning the whole thing and rooted for him in the finals. After his previous battles I was even more sure that he will win. Then the finals came and i was surprised to have voted against my favourite beatboxers, but for me you absolutely killed the finals. Now seeing your whole journey and how much work you put into it, I couldn't be happier for you to win :D Very inspiring story Still hope River will get the title he deserves some day :)
Colaps, I have a question for you. You said that you have split all your opponents in to Bass, Musical, Technical groups. And you also said that you knew which rounds to chose against them. You faced 2 Bass and 2 Musical beatboxers. What if you faced 2 Technical, 1 Bass and 1 Musical beatboxers if you had only 8 rounds? Is it like the best choice out of existing, or you had some unready rounds for every group?
Why are my eyes leaking? Such a crazy journey and finally winning at GBB I felt elated for you because I could see how much it meant. Your style has evolved year after year and I can say you're one of my favourites. Esh!
