I have a serious question, Would you please tell that should we start making project without even learning making projects from tutorial? Should we learn languages , technologies or frameworks and directly jump to projects.
How much time need to complete all these 4 steps? Lets assume someone is good at learning new things and also have good interest in programing and he/she giving daily 4-5 hours for study.

Yes you should focus on jee and getting a good college and during college you can code as much as you want along with other activities, so focus on your studies now. Else you will regret a lot if you don't get a good college and college do matter.

Use saurabh shukla c++ videos,they are begineer friendly you can go and try them for yourself if they are not helping you try for the resources like bhaiya mentioned in the video like geeks for geeks.
