Something went through this Champion 91050 3 inch shredder/chipper that shouldn't have and broke it. Now I have to repair it.

That looks like a MTD 3-in-1 chipper impeller. It looks identical to my MTD.

For sure. Either there is one major manufacturer or there are lot of cloned designs out there.

@@oldhobo5610 Mines a 2003, so MTD maybe making them for Champion. I just ordered a part from Champion cause it was cheaper than having MTD's name stamped on it.

When I think about this, could you have put a pin in a little longer than the shaft and then screw the bolt down onto it? Going to try right now :-D

Not sure what you mean but give it a go and let me know. What you describe sounds to me like the models that have a thread inside the impeller body. (which mine doesn't).
