How Idaho abortion case could play out after accidental Supreme Court post

The Supreme Court says a document was "inadvertently" uploaded to its site Wednesday after Bloomberg reported the opinion on a highly anticipated abortion case was briefly posted online. The case centers on Idaho's near-total abortion ban versus a federal measure requiring hospitals to perform emergency abortions. CBS News legal contributor Jessica Levinson breaks it down.

According to the Times, Schenck encouraged allies and wealthy donors to his organization to “invite some of the justices to meals, to their vacation homes or to private clubs,” and to contribute an estimated minimum of $125,000 to the Supreme Court Historical Society and “then mingle with justices at its functions
