im afghan but i do too lol. i always throw stuff in. sometimes ill even throw in some lemon pepper or green chutney. YOU HAVE NOT LIVED UNTIL YOU HAVE TRIED IT WITH CHUTNEY! just a spoonful of it and mix it in. its amaaaaaaaaaaaaaaazing
I enjoy instant noodles - the only problem I found with it .. the salt (sodium) level is extremely high - (891 -1700 mg) . Having a diet high in salt has been linked to an increased risk of stomach cancer, heart disease and stroke . Although one serving approx (43 grams) of ramen noodles has only 188 calories, most people consume an entire package, which equates to two servings and 371 calories. Sadly, instant noodles, lacks lack many important nutrients, including protein, fiber, vitamin A, vitamin C, vitamin B12, calcium, magnesium and potassium
OK, Smart folks add protein etc, etc, to their diet in other ways. If they have the money. Sadly, being so negative, can deadly toll on ones body, mind and spirit. I say enjoy life and be thank full that we have options.

Yup. That's why I don't eat this often. I used to eat these as a kid not knowing how much sodium was in it. Hasn't changed a bit. But most of it is in the flavor pack.
If you drink all the broth yes, I suggest cook the ramen, then wash it with water, add half pack of seasoning to water make broth and an egg and veggies
i will never get tired of eating cup of noodles, top ramen and maruchan ramen.. gotta love seeing that Arnold got started with his life eating cup of noodles in commercials... i kinda wonder how much money the noodle industries made during the pandemic trying to keep up with keeping stores shelves stocked because i remember not only water and toilet paper but the ramen isle was empty during the pandemic like fucking assholes even when everything is good and normal i eat lots of noodles and a pandemic hits and all of a sudden every wants noodles damn them lol
Cup o Noodles and all the competitors are some the best things to ever exist. I can make a Cup o Noodles, let is cool down and drain it, fry an egss with chopped SPAM cubes, and then add the noodles and for less than $5bucks I have a couple delicious meals. Add sesame seeds, terriyake sauce, etc. You can make shrimp Cup o Noodles and add deep fried shrimp, or cooked shrimp with a lobster sauce, and it's all CHEAP !
I go to the 2 factories here in southern california. I am a tanker truck driver who hauls food waste. And whats left over from these factories. Is DISGUSTING
Because A) it changes the texture AND taste. And B) It's not their responsibility to feed other countries according to their "needs". It's a business, they can add whatever they want, or not, and they do exactly that.
people here are complaining about the sodium, but they keep eating fried chicken and burgers, pizza that are much more sodium content than 5 ramen. 😂. but you have option not to drink the soup, which all the sodium goes to.

Why Japanese people & Italian people eat noodles & pasta/ spaghetti everyday and they don't get sick??, and me in America getting sick if I eat maruchan noodles everyday
Because American companies use cheap crap ingredients that make you feel like shit. Other countries regulate their food and make sure it’s safe for the long term to consume.
They dont add the crap we add in it. If you ever ate a coubtries main food in the main country its from then tried eating it again in america its not the same. America adds salt n flavoring n stuff thats terrible for you to save a dollar and maximize profits. I been to china and till this day i cant eat Ramen in america unless from a ramen official shop
Because American food is processed with chemicals It's not natural If u make homemade noodles or go to an authentic Italian restaurant it's a huge difference in taste of the noodles! U can eat and eat and not feel weighed down by carbs as u would if u ate at nasty olive garden America is full of so many lies!! This n that food does not make u fat !! Highly processed Bioengineered lab made "food" Makes u fat and unhealthy! Nothing but poison Most things used in American food is BANNED in other countries
Have you tried the Japanese ones, we have them at Krogers here in Texas and a couple other stores. Way better than the other pre packaged ones everyone eats.
I love cup noodles but stopped eating them years ago since it has silicon dioxide in it. Never mind the salt.. I'll eat it again if they take that ingredient out
In prison I had the most top ramen soups every single month I had cases of em I’d sell them them I buy more for less to sell at ridiculous prices! Eyy businesses do it all the time

They are not bad for you, either. Just use a quarter of half of the flavor packet and use your own less salt recipe. Mrs. Dash is salt free and yummy. Add a fried egg, and some SPAM and you have a healthy dish !
I enjoyed these noodles as a person that spent 25 years behind bars I can say with %100 certainly that most of the money they get comes from us prison 😂

Cup o Noodles peas are crunchy, tasteless, awful. The noodles, carrots and corn are the best parts. I could swear they added little dried chicken balls to their Chicken cups, but after opening three, I haven't found anything but the above. These would be far better without the sawdust peas.
