I can't believe 60 Minutes chose to adulate this woman by doing a favorable story about her. The interviewer sits there laughing. She disgusts me along with 60 Minutes. Go ahead and just keep heaping attention on this morally bankrupt woman. 60 Minutes just fed the monster.
As long as she's white and hasn't killed anyone, she's A OK in systemically racist Australia. If she was black, my o my, they'd be like: "Give her a criminal record."
I don't know her and i don't understand why is 60 Minutes Australia promoting a scammer and there's nothing fun or heroic in her... And that poor cat 😮
That cat hates its hat and the way she handles him. She treats the cat as bad as she treats people like things to be manipulated. What happened to all her expensive clothes? That suit looks straight out of 2007 in a bad way.
@@TheShadowMan. Lol about her bad style? My are we sensitive and did you even watch the video? Lol she's spent a lot of money on clothes so yeah expectations are raised.
Ugh…. 😐. So lying and scamming just to become famous and buy stuff is now considered admirable and a career goal for young women now?? 😬🤢 these social media ‘influencers’ with their fake pictures and greed are not something to imitate. Also, the real video here does not look like her photos, and she has no skills. A skill to scam is not a good skill. The shy chuckling is not cute and it will be less so as she ages
This was sooooo annoying to watch 🙄. 60 Minutes Australia...I typically love you guys but you can interview someone with compassion and still actually hold them to some accountability, and not let your journalists giggle and laugh at the subject's sad, self-deprecating jokes that are a clear sign of manipulation. It felt like she was given a platform for a pity party with minimal hard-hitting questions/comments etc.
@@em-nn8tt This is the stupidest reply I have ever seen. It excuses so much animal abuse. Hanging a cat by its head is bad...if the cat is hissing or not. When I was a little kid, my parents saw me pick up our family cat by his collar. He didn't hiss, scratch, yowl, or run away. That did not stop my parents from stopping me immediately and letting me know I could choke him by doing that and it was dangerous to pick any animal up by their collar. Thank goodness.
Nah nearly breaking the cats neck is not cool, funny or entertaining. Take off those crappy rabbits' ears from the cats head. I feel very afraid for the cat.
Seriously at multiple points she nearly broke his back it's not funny at all. She was saying shouldn't he have some sort of survival instinct as he was trying to claw her hand without twisting and snapping his back, clearly in a lot of pain. His ears should not be forced down like that, he can't even move them to hear correctly or use his whiskers to feel around him. It's so tight as well, you can see the tension on the sides it's scary. Sometimes I put holiday collars, pajamas or hats on my pets for a few minutes tops for a photo. Once a year. Even then I am so careful to make sure it's not going to be uncomfortable or impairing them in any way, just a bit weird to have put on but not ??? This? I would never put a hat like that on a cat EVER even for a photo, he is visibly uncomfortable. I bet she put it on so tightly to prevent him trying to pull it off.
What is this crazy woman doing to her cat??? That poor creature should be taken from her and she should not be allowed to care for any living being anymore !
One thing I wish all these so called animal lovers knew about cats is it is very wrong to dress your cat, cats aren't like dogs their fur serves them more purpose than just keeping them warm, and one of them is(I'm gonna try to explain it as best as I remember as it's been a few yes since I've learned about that) their fur is connected to nerves which allows them to know if they can fit somewhere or not because so putting clothes and hats on them feels very uncomfortable for them
60 Minutes deviating from actual journalism to kiss up to a thief. The interviewer seems to admire her even as she sits there being a pathetic sociopath who thinks ripping people off is just good fun. I hope she eventually goes to prison and i hope 60 Minutes stops giving her the attention that she craves.
you have to kiss up to a psychopath to get them to talk if you want to interrogate them, he mirrors her beautifully until the moment his face goes straight ands calls her a scammer anyway. This interview was so amazing that he caught her abusing a cat on international television.
I guess she’s not aware of the statute of limitations. Why expose yourself like this? Every bored cop in her area will now be making a name off of busting her for the criminal she is.
Tricia: My impression was his attitude/approach was strategic, that by being non threatening he indeed got her to open up & say things a smarter, less malleable individual would've kept zipped down tight.
EXACTLY! Im appalledat this entire interview! Why even give her camera time? I guarantee you there's a kid out there trying to do positive things and needs a push. Why not bring those kind of stories 60 minutes?
At least Anna Delvey had an Art Foundation goal, Elizabeth Holmes had a healthcare business goal. She could have just run with the entry to Cambridge and the 100k advance but instead stuffed about. That poor cat.
This is a prime example of what journalism should never be. I'll show it in all my journalism classes. The music, the (agreeable) opinion that the interviewer has, taking sides with criminals, etc.
Caroline Burns - A more critical review by Charlie Squire for i-D describes Calloway's attempts to clear her name and address her scandals "unstimulating" and says that the book is "fatally mediocre in the middle".
Like i said on the promo video: Okay i get working with what you've got & making chaos your brand, I wish I could say “good on you”, but this comes off trying WAAAAAYYYY to hard & it's exhausting to watch. She must have terrible advisors Anyone saying anyone who's supporting this woman is “jealous” of her: has either never been scammed before, or they've got the mentality of a scammer & lack conscious themselves.
What happened? Did 60 minutes run out of decent ideas or people, or does she still have big time 'connections'? Either way, you're part of the game too 60 minutes.
Desperate for ATTENTION & MONEY 💰 TOO! EXTENSIVELY DESPERATE! It's don't know if it's more sad... or more nauseating 🤢🤮 to 👀🙈 watch her TRY SOOO HARD! P.S... Hope that 60 Minutes was setting her up... so that the Police & FBI can use this against her... in order to obtain warrants... begin an investigation... and then have her transfered to the law courts & jail houses... in Government Race Cars (Police Cars)... with some nice shiny jewelry, a beautiful leather belt, some shiny chains... of ankles cuffs around her ankles, handcuffs around her wrists, a leather waist belt, and of course nice heavy chains ⛓ to lock it altogether. Where the Over Promise her a beautiful large home, with cooks, cleaning staff, and even a toilet made of shiny gold. But in reality under deliver... her to a small 8x8 jail cell, with a stainless steel toilet, other inmates who are the cooks serving slop, and where she is the cleaner that is required to just scrub the toilets with a toothbrush... but polish the toilets so that they are so shiny the guards can see their reflections! She would be in a big house mind you... with large wings in the house... and it's own gyms & courtyards... only it's the BIG HOUSE aka the Jail with separate locked down wings... where inmates share the common areas... and have courtyards that are completely locked up with chain link fences, with electricity running through the metal links. Oh and she could have her animal lovers part too. As there would be guards in the guard towers, and doing room searches with their trained German Shepards & other dogs that are trained to smell for contraband... and bite/attack on command when someone attempts to escape.
I believe she has paid all the money back to the publisher at this point. this hatred for her seems waaaay over the top. She’s kinda nuts, but obviously very smart and funny as hell. She reminds me of Carrie Fisher.
Wow, she's enough "charismatic" to deny any scam behaviour on offering non-existing workshops and a non-existing book. And the message is that she will continue to scam with the same charisma? 😅
Can’t wait for American Greed to feature her. I feel like there’s a fine line between ethical and legal especially when scamming institutions. She sounds like she’s putting on a show for the world but mostly herself not understanding the harm she’s doing, such as squishing her cat’s ears with a knit cap-she sounded more authentic after she mentioned her father’s death. The fact that she gloats ditzily about wasting money she could’ve used to pay back what she owed faster shows she’s not in any way remorseful. The only positives I see are about her appearance, that suit looked very classic and it doesn’t look like she’s done injectables as influencers typically do
she def has the pillow face of someone who’s done injectables. also looks way older than her years. you think someone like her could resist? think again
Wow so this whole interview she thinks it's funny that she scammed people and because she didn't go to prison that she got away with it I just don't understand why nobody went after her to make sure that she went to prison and stays there and the fact that she thinks that nothing's wrong with what she has done she's a narcissist and a psycho
Why would anyone follow her after seeing her true colors???? ewwww like her vibe is not it so makes sense why she had to buy folks to follow her but why after seeing anyone's true colors would you continue to try to paint them in a light that best suits you...believe them bc they are telling the truth & the truth she's shown is not a very pretty or nice one
Imgine using being .a cat person. As a way to munipulate others. You can tell he cat doesnt like her too. The level of mastermind is off the charts here lol
I’m no psychiatrist, but she seems seriously manic in this (rapid talking, grandiosity, jumpy, and distractible). I find it hard to believe that someone can be this bizarre and out of touch with reality without there being some kind of underlying chemical imbalance…
Matisse may not be the brightest button but Caroline sure is the sharpest tool…simple because she got away and still is with all her scams and now she is getting paid to do this interview…what a joke though…a scammer “trying” to be honest.
