Hey Grant - Thank you for sharing. You made mention that you will no longer be leaving your video content as you prefer us listening to you live. Problem is, countries outside of the US may have different time zones so its not possible to watch you live. How can we find an amicable solution?

Lea and Cardone are like Hogan and Savage...The Mega Powers. But the Mega Powers exploded and I guess they did too. Brad said Grant switched up on him after they had done business for awhile so he could take more money. But Brad said in hindsight, he wished he hadn't made a big deal about it because he still would have made alot of money

Great content Grant. Multifamily syndication helps many people invest with little time commitment, which is our most valuable asset. You're just now going into Houston I hear, we've been there and DFW area for years. Currently have two communities in Houston and working on more. Sounds like we have some overlap going on here.

I may be wrong.. but catch is Grant will not sell any of properties but take out equity in x years to distribute investment back to investors. Investors are happy with their principle + ROI + Cash flow. But Grant will keep the properties which will continue to cash flow and build equity in the rest of his life or descendants' lives. (Or he could sell them in a way he would not need to pay capital gain). Genius!! Grant is the beast

How are you losing money on a 3 or 4 unit if it's cash flowing and in a good area? I don't see his point there. Shouldn't you take that 4 unit then scale it to a 16, then 32, then 50 and so on? The average person can do that. The average person doesn't have 300k just sitting in the bank to invest in a capital fund. You have to be realistic.

Mark that's totally cool thinking and i get your point there.... however Grant is focused on the big payouts, so what he teaches is simple. its save until you have a min of 100k before even making a purchase... then use that a deposit on a supersonic great deal that's a min of 18 doors or more.... See i have property and the small deals cost you in time and take up the opportunity to buy bigger deals as your 'little money' is locked up. I'm here in the UK and if some of my money wasn't tied up in the small deals i own i'd be able to buy big grant is seeing it from his experience.... and that's why you shouldn't even buy unless its a big deal.... so first step is "save the god damn money first" [grant cardone voice]. good luck in your investments and future.... have a look at some of his first real estate investing programs.....

Expenses are high if it is a single family house. For example, if you need to renew the roof, it costs you more (per unit) than for a multi family home with 10-20 units.

Lol I have 10 homes that cashflow me 500 - 600 a month. That is over 5,000.00 a month with great equity capture. Don't ever let someone tell you that you can't cashflow homes.

JL_2017 why have 10 homes when you can have 1 apartments that produces the same if not more money and it's easy to deal with being a one location.

how about you do pinny stocks on your real estate , to scale faster , because that can be introduced to average income population to have the opportunity to invest with you , as saying goes sell to masses live with classes and sell to classes live with masses < all regards :D
