When I went to Rashtrapati Bhawan, I asked if I can take photos/videos, they said yes. Camera is not allowed inside the building but on outside there is no restriction. Visitors were sitting on the main stairs of the bhawan and taking photos.

For anyone going to Cape Verde, Please Note: 1. Cape Verde is a holiday destination, Not a back packer destination, they accommodate for holiday makers that book hotels and air bnb's, not Hostels. 2. Its a developing nation, just like many African countries and India likewise, travel with a open mind and don't be ignorant. 3. Its not that much cheaper than India, in price comparison. 4. Don't be a cheap ass, like this traveler. 5. Enjoy. 👊🏿
