Namaste sir, Mera transmission line Ka job hai jiski wajah se main 30 feet ki height se gir gaya tha aur mere right leg mein fracture aur spine mein L2 L5 fracture aur dislocate ho Gaya tha. Sir surgery ko 5 months ho chuke hain kya main phirse 90 feet height pe 15 kg wajan ke saath chadh sakta hoon. Surgeon ne normal activities ke liye abhi fit kiya hai.

My daughter had a Posterior decompression and Spinal fusion surgery L5-S1 for pars fracture (Grade 1lytic spondylolisthesis ) 8 months ago. Then first 2 months she was fine. But from then on her back pain and leg pain started again. Last month, the doctor re-examined her, ordered for x ray, MRI and said that there was nothing wrong with the operation. But despite the passage of eight months, her pain is not diminishing. The doctor advised her to cycle , dance, swim, lift weights and she has to do Surya Namaskar exercise 50 times a day. The doctor told that If these are followed, the pain will decrease, otherwise it will not decrease. But she is not going to be able to do these things because she is suffering so much for back and leg pain all day long. She is not able to stand and sit for long time. Is it permissible to cycling, dancing, weightlifting, jumping, swimming and 12 steps of surya namaskar everyday after 8 months of spinal fusion and decompression of child? She has severe pain till now although all X Ray and MRI reports are ok. I would be benefited if someone gave me advice in this situation.

It is adviced to everyone not to go for surgery of any part of spinal card because most of the cases i mean 98% of patients are not recovered after surgery and they get the same problem as they had before and with other problems. Actually we don't have pain for certain period after surgery and we become glad , we don't know the relief because of the tablets we taking.Surgery is not advisable but exercises, food, right posture, food and precautions to take not lift some weight which was handling before. Doctors are escapists but we need to be right to justify.

Sir after spine surgery kitne time baad screws ko remove karna chahiye and jo screws ke removing procedure risky hota hai and kitna time lag jaata hai screws remove karne mei and one more thing after removing screws from spine is it painful or not as after spinal fusion

Sir mera spine operation hua tha 17 june 2021 ko safdarjang hospital Dehli main but sir main abhi tak apni legs move nhi kar pata hu and urine or tool's kab paas ho jata h pta nhi chlta sir. Please give. Me some suggestion.

Sath me bone rafting bhi huya tha . 75 pc pain toh nahi hai por sote samai o baihte samai jaida pain hota ha. Yeh pain kob tak khatam hoga kripa korke advice kijiye

Greetings Dr. This is Brief but very informative video. Kindly guide me what to do in my case. Actually I had an endoscopic spine surgery just almost four and a half week ago. I am still unable to walk freely because of severe musclospasm in my both legs. I am having almost unbearable pain. I have been taking different analgesics but all in vain. My case was stenosis of L34 L45. Kindly let me know if this is a normal post surgery scenario or am i lacking in something. My surgeon says that some patients may take 8 to 12 weeks or may b 3 months to recover. While before the the surgery he used to say that I will b completely fit in a week 10 days. Sir, myslf 77 yrs old has recently gone through spine fusion surgery L3-L4-L5-S1 on 14th of Dec 2023.I had been discharged next day evening.I had been recommended Shel cal 500mg tab twice daily for three months along with Bonista injection 20mcg daily for 1 and half years.Sir, I am already taking this injection but some side effects like thigh muscle cramps and knee joint stiffness have developed which is creating a hindrance in walking. pl suggest is this injection essential or if it is to be taken at all then what will be the minimum period ? Will it be suffice for three months as long as I am taking shelcal?
