Caught it in the beginning of the out break one of the worst headaches I ever had wasn't hungry and lost taste with high fever. I lost all kinds of gainz lost 10lbs of my muscle mass had to eat like crazy after wards to gain my weight back but I remember when I hit the gym back up my strength was down alot

Please everyone meditate it will help you with the mental pain of being in solitude, because you’re a human and since before birth were trained mom and dad and then when you were born were taught you do what they want and to please them and you seek the reward for doing what they want which is attention then if u did bad u were punished and so u were scared to be punished but also to not get the reward so now you are just stuck seeking attention from outside sources instead of finding it where it naturally is within you, you don’t need anyone except yourself
