You know the cameraman/speakerman theme song? That’s a song made in 1985 that wasn’t made by dafuqboom. He ripped off that song. So he would be a hypocrite if he sues that ad.
How is this called sueing when dafuqboom ripped off the song “Everybody wants to rule the world” (a song made in 1985) and nobody notices? Dafuqboom is kind of a hypocrite if he sues the ad.
@@R-Flame55 at least they use the song for a good reason. He used a song when he was making an animation for heads in toilets. Edit: the movie also had the rights to the songs and gave credit. What did dafuqboom do? Nothing.

@@illuminantedits Okay, and? He didn’t “rip it off” (that’s not even the correct terminology), RU-vid shorts allows creators to use certain songs without copyright issues + the speakerman theme (or “everybody wants to rule the world” by tears for fears) doesn’t even play in episode 39 (the episode used for that ad) + you spammed the same exact comment word for word. Therefore, he can sue them if he wants to because that’s his own animation, and would therefore not make him a hypocrite.
@@Thishandlehasnoname but what’s the problem with that? Now people refer to this song as the speakerman theme, and the person in the video is worth about the suing, because dafuqboom doesn’t even own the song.
