15:28, I guess OP Godhead Almond Milk Sacred + Immaculate heart tears isn't the ONLY thing this isaac player is spittin', because he's also speaking FACTS! I love the VS mode + the minigames and the bosses especially, it's the only nsmb game with original bosses and i love them, even the way you get into world 4/7.

I only really pick up cursed eye when I’m either the lost or have black candle, cuz the teleportation effect is what ruins it for me, if it didn’t have that it would be a top ten item for me honestly.

Cursed eye is really fun to use on Forgotten, iirc you replace the throw with a series of swings

This mega satan fight looked like the ultimate revenge of isaac : i mean it seems as if he did put his entire frustration and all his pain into this final vengance

I pick up cursed eye as the lost all the time because the teleport effect can't activate and with the 10 luck you get it basically makes it a garentee that it gets 4 shot and if you manage to get an item like soy milk it multiplies your fire rate so if your tears ar 15 after soy milk it becomes 60 tps even though the stats don't show it

Isaac really just rolled up to Mega Satan and said "hey, that fire and brimstone thing has been yours for a long time... it's about time someone else used it"

DUDE I had a run today that also got ridiculously powerful. I had Almond Milk, Brim x2, Tech X, Sacred Heart, Godhead, and literally every other good item you can imagine, rock bottom included. I got up to 33 tears per second (this is with inner eye AND quad shot, and twisted pair), and 164 damage. Super entertaining run, really gotta love it when this happens!

in ab+ cursed eye as lillity or with marked was basically a game winning item, it made your fire rate insane and canceled out the teleportation effect, now I only take it with black candle since I do like the tear effect

There’s only really 3 things I dislike about downpour/dross, okay maybe 4 but I’m counting two together. All of the firefly enemies, including the ghosts who spawn them and min min. They’re just so annoying to deal with Wyrmwood. He can just be really annoying to deal with sometimes when I’m a little off. Finally claustopia or whatever his name is. The boss that’s the poop in a bag. The combo of bombs and explosive gas just gets me so often because he fills most of the screen with gas then blows it all up. Other than that, the extra blind item pedastal is nice, the extra boss item in the mirror floor and treasure item by rerolling the knife piece is nice, so a fair bit of reward for risk

in one run with the lost i had proptosis , sacred heart , crown of light , holy light with perfection and quad shot AND STILL DIED AT DELIRIUM.

I normally hate dealing with horseman so early, but having a chance to get meat boy or bandage girl fully developed before mom is really fun

i agree with your take on cursed eye with high fire rate- i don't trust myself to be able to spam faster than i could shoot normally. but with like ipecac or something? even playing as a character that isn't the lost cursed eye is a must have if i see it. being able to carpet bomb a boss into next tuesday is great also yeah nsmb ds is the best nsmb. i have so many good memories from that game

For me, I usually go downpour or dross for the extra boss item, but screw mines/ashpit

Cursed eye is good with lilith, you dont need to charge it and you dont get teleported so its basically just a tears up

I have taken Cursed Eye exactly once. It was on a run where i knew i wasn’t gonna win, but then i got Godhead. The second i saw Godhead i was just like “Fuck it, I’m using debug console to remove Cursed Eye”. The run went up from there and i did win.
