Heihachi continues his reign of terror over the casual and intermediate ranks. For a good reason too, my boi has been hitting the juice. His lows are still lackluster and his tracking moves have been limited but that's not going to stop him from dealing 70%+ off one good sidestep electric or counter-hit.
