Do you use the 5/32 x-bits with the 1/8inch collet in the Milwaukee router because I think mine only has a 1/8 and 1/4 collet or do you know of a 5/32 collet that I can use on my Milwaukee rotary router ....THANK YOU

Generally, block molding tends to recycle them and add them into the product, the average is about 3~5%. But if they do not own a block molding machine (they brought blocks from the EPS plant instead of making them from their own factory), then, maybe they won't recycle them because the cost of transportation is high against its volume/weight ratio, it's just not worth it. Some of the factories will buy volume reduction machines for EPS products that will help them recycle their waste.
i work for a company called moulded foams in the uk and we recylce all of our foam waste, anythiing thats comes off the preduction line that doesnt make the cut 'scrap' we put into a big shredder that preduces tight foam bricks that will then be transported to other places to be used in many other things
