Same girl, I have to remind myself like ok get out of my own head. Also make a list of things you need to do and stick to it. But also be realistic. I would make a wholeeeee list basically cleaning my entire house, getting groceries, and cook dinner. And let’s be honest. That’s too much. Take 15 minutes of your day to do something to make you feel better about yourself. And while you’re doing it think positive thoughts. No negative vibessss! ALSO find a hobby that was a big one for me
