Its the nature of the business but in the raiders case yeah they often lose great players because there is always some unseen drama that contributes to all the disorder that the raiders organisation is so known for, from ruggs dui manslaughter case, to the leaked Gruden e -mails then MCD and DZ they dismantled a playoff contending team by incompetent coaching and management even up to destroying the player morale and playing psychological games on players like making AOC wear Carrs No.4 Etc, then Mcdummy and Zieglar both get a highly anticipated termination raidernation celebrates because for once an unexpected great man steps-up he walks the walk and talks the talk immediately big wins and moves start happening even our DC has our defense playing lights out but AP is also a factor there, So this time sround it is evident the raiders will be playing their own brand of football there is no denying that this year will be the year that the haters will love to hate us cause we be whooping that ass on your home turf..Go Raiders

Everyone with eyes know that the ones trolling were the ones who supported Mcdummy and want Brady. They are also the silly mfs who would brown nose to get a higher salary but tell everyone else to be happy with what’s being paid. How anyone could be that obtuse is beyond my comprehension. Many of us knew McDaniels was not the answer the day he was hired. I absolutely agree. I've been a fan since the early seventies and was heartbroken last year (pre-November) when I realized that I wanted to see the team lose so the head coach would get fired. I'm now back from my temporary insanity and wish all current and former Raider players the best of luck wherever life takes them (now if someone would just fire Roger Goodell).

Been a raider fan longer than most been alive, take already hurt hammy to greenbay and play from there bench cause that's where you will be for majority of season. If he was a true raider he would have stayed and backed his guy pierce and took the good contract raiders offered and it wasn't a lowball cause nobody was going to give what greenbay did. But his hammy is already hurt😂😂😂😂 glad that's in greenbay and we got a hungry zuess just like jacobs was at one point. Calling Raiders fans shitty tho is just ignorant though. Not only is it one of the biggest fan bases that’ travels super well, it’s one of, if not the most loyal and intense fan bases. There were a couple of Twitter fingers that were shitty but that’s any fan base. Jacob’s being so emotional and sensitive to trolls is on him. He’ll see the same thing in GB the moment he gets hurt or plays poorly.

Jacobs wasn't even done dirty by the current regime. Nothing but respect and positive words from AP and the staff. AP constantly referred to him as the heartbeat of the team and reiterated how important he was to the team. He's just petty and immature. Josh McDaniels screwed Josh Jacobs. McDaniels had the chance to give Jacobs a 5th year extension but decided against it. So, if you feel like someone is constantly stringing you alone but not rewarding you for your efforts, then it is what it is. Plus, it really doesn't help with content creators constantly click baiting, putting negativity on his name. We should be more loyal to our own. Especially reward good work!

I’m a Seahawks fan and have so much respect for raiders because of the old afc west days. Mcdaniels was effing terrible hire and ruined the raiders immediately. I’m happy for the new coach and making the raiders great again. I always look forward to Seahawks Raiders cuz I know it’s going to be a great game. !!!!

💯💯 plus on top of that, he made jacobs play all pre season saying he needs to "prove" hes this or that and then proceeds to have a pass heavy gameplan every game until about week 6 or 7 maybe 8. So he not only fd jacobs on the 5th year,and pre sesson, but still played games with jacobs last year after sesson and now look 🤷‍♂️

He got to a point where it was too bad for him to change his disposition. I hated to see him leave, he did great things with the Raiders, but he also had injury/missing game issues and his last year especially at the end of the year probably was the decision changer when he checked out. I would have loved to have JJ back and I'll miss seeing him play for the Raiders but as you saw last year he got hurt the last 4 games and Zeus filled in nicely. That's the risk you run with paying RBs. They're injury prone and easily replaced.

Idc what the trolls and haters say, I loved watching Jacobs play for us and win that rushing title. He was a beast and fun to watch. There's no way we can really read through the lines and truly know what people mean or don't mean in comments and tweets (X's?) and who things are directed at. Just our own interpretations. I think he was reacting to trolls and McDoosh is probably the main reason all this started in the first place.

What it all comes down too Josh Jacobs did not want too play for our Raiders any more. Look he had one big year and then he got greedy and here comes the holdout. When he comes back after his holdout out of shape and has a super bad year after he got that big contract from the Raiders. Jacobs attitude change and body language told the story and his play fell off.

We can all say that Jacobs ran hard and made a difference for the team on offense. But he just showed how young he is with the comments he posted against the new coach and GM. He knows like all the league players know business is business. He seems to be in a good place now so just do your thing and stay off social media. He was clearly soft. I would say his problems began when Gruden was coach. His 5th year option wasn't picked up because most teams stopped valuing RB's. You let a RB get too many carries and too much success you wind up with a salary cap headache. It could even be argued that McDaniels was trying to put a fork in him by riding him dead and making him obsolete. After a QB the RB tends to get his hands on the ball more than anyone else. This turns him into a star when he really isn't. The position was redefined. Rule changes elevated the WR. The writing was on the wall. The Packers will soon learn he is soft and fairweather.

Raider fans are stupid for hating this guy. He was one of the best leaders and players we have seen on this team in a long time. Regardless of the running back market, the raiders should have kept him based on principle. The fact that he has ran the ball so hard for us every season and was the face of the franchise we should have kept him. I am upset at the raiders for not paying him, they can afford it. He didnt need to take a discounted deal, he desreves every penny and then some. He wasnt just a player he was a leader and face of the franchise.

Loved having Jacob's, unfortunately this fan base is full of Igmo's. By the way, that's my son Paul Jr in the clip with skull lady I think Christmas eve 2015. Keep up the great content my guy.
