exactly! the cops go out and risk their lives daily to get these idiots and thugs off the streets just for judges to give them probation and a $200 fine 🤦🏻♀️ it’s sickening tbh
They also need to stop dropping charges and start putting these people in jail. They get off on everything, and that's why they keep doing it. If there's not enough room in the jails, then they need to build more. Stop giving away money for illegal immigrants and start putting money where it belongs. We really have to start getting our criminals under control.
This is the Zoom effect. These people would never say things like this in court but because they’re sitting at their house they feel like there’s no consequences for their actions.
@@Boyso5407 yup, these Judge's threaten contempt but very seldom follow thru in court or over Zoom. They don't have to give them jail time, they can simply give them a fine like they do to Atty's who get held in contempt.
The lawyer in the white at the second hearing is cracking me up! He’s not even her lawyer and he keeps shaking his head no and waving his hands mouthing shut up and stop. Why didn’t her own attorney do that?😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂☠️
I think her own attorney has her number. He knows that she has every right to sink her own case and there's only so much he can do to stop her because he's her legal representative, not her boss or her jailer. He may believe, and have reason to believe, that trying to rein her in in open court will only result in an ugly on-the-record power struggle that will only make matters worse and likely spur her to damage her case even more.
@@leslievasquez2645 Someone lied to her.........she had her screen name as "superstar." After her court appearances being all over youtube; I guess she is a "superstar" for all the wrong reasons 😬
Let me introduce you to TFG. The state repeatedly failed to provide requested documentation and the state's lawyer in charge apparently neglected to give her colleagues any ability to resolve the case in a reasonable way and timely manner pretty much ensuring some violation of bond conditions.
How inept is this county? Computers down multiple times- prosecutors office seems to be seriously dragging their feet…. ‘Can we set this over and over and over and over again?’. Jesus- what a waste of time.
Miss click is crazy oh my gosh She's a motor mouth And then she complained she has no money yet she smokes and obviously had a way to get over to her ex's house To trespass
She is walking through life wondering why everything is on fire, without the self awareness she started the fires. Her own worst enemy. I feel sorry for her lawyer.
I’m dumbfounded at this woman’s level of entitlement. No job, zero visitation with her two children and still can’t control herself for ten minutes on zoom just to stay out of jail?? She’s a mess
I understand her frustration! She’s supposed to accept another year on the court leash after being continued and delayed for nearly a year. This is ridiculous. What happened to speedy trial? Isn’t it 60 days or 90 days? I think they should dismiss it if they can’t get their shit together. She could’ve plead guilty 11 months ago and been nearly done with probation!
I agree, a year did go by and more than half the time the state wasn't ready, or not available. I never agree with the defendant either and she's still a piece of work...🤷🫤 @@juliapotter3250
How weird is it when you have a guy with face tattoos and a mohawk named Zachary Compass-Whittle on Zoom , and he's NOT the most bizarre person in the room?
@@MegsCrimeWatchher attorney saying “uuummm” every other word is serious driving me nuts 😂 but yeah I used to watch Webster and Reiner all this time on Law Talk with Mike but I got burned out on his content 🤷🏻♀️
To be fair to him, he did try to stop her verbally. It is not a good look to talk over your client and have it turn into a bigger issue in front of the court.
I hope there is not a trucking company in the whole USA that would put her behind the wheel. I retired from trucking after nearly 50 years and she ain't a driver
This woman needs to go to jail for 12 months. No wonder her ex husband had to get a restraining order with no contact. I will bet her children are totally glad they are not having to deal with her.
@@timcarter817 You can judge a lot based on someone's demeanor and how they respect the court. This person cannot keep her mouth shut, seems to disrespect everyone around her and doesn't understand the severity of her situation (which she got herself into). We don't know anything about her family, but it's clear to see this is not a very good person.
@@zilazilazila “not a very good person” I’m glad you have a life diagnosis on a woman from an edited video court while she is possibly being tormented by the father of her kids by him not allowing her to see them. You have no fking clue what is going thru this woman’s mind and to just flatly say she is “not a very good person” just shows exactly what type of person YOU are.
@@timcarter817We know alot nu just watching how she acts and disrespect the court. Being late for your own court hearings I guess she never heard of a alarm clock or was she too high to attend on time.
This sequence of hearings was like pulling teeth. Why the hell does our court system drag out cases like this? The victim had an order of protection, she texted him and then later showed up at his house. It's open and shut, slam this contemptuous witch
Tbh probation really sucks. Any little thing can have you in and out of jail. Even stuff you wouldn't think woild be an issue. I dated somebody who chose jail time over probation bc once he was out he was completely free but probation is still like jail and could caise more jail time or issues.
I'm shocked that the Regier-bot 3000 failed to get discovery to the defense even after four months. But I've heard that certain types of battery become less efficient after repeated rechargings.
I think her lawyer kept trying to continue the court cases, because he knew she would go into Karen mode. I’m sure she has already chewed his ear off plenty of times out of court. If she were going through family court, they would have a third party set up for visitations. My guess would be she was as courteous to the family court judge, as she was here. Her inability to listen or comply with court orders is probably why she doesn’t have visitation. She’s more interested in being the victim than seeing her kids.
I found her Facebook page. She posted a few weeks that she was grateful for everone who has stuck by her through her recovery over the last year. Back in April she accused the trucking school of "offending her and assaulting her" 😂
@@jeffingram9916 When the prosecutor is even making a concerted effort to save you from your own stupidity by moving to a breakout room and you still fumble the bag, jail is all you deserve.
This court is the legal version of the Keystone Cops. What a waste of time all around. That woman has gotten away with behavior that would never have been tolerated in an in-person courtroom. Shameful loss of decorum.
So is Bill not her attorney? The way he keeps trying to shut her up is crazy 😂 what gets me is how people come to court with an attitude like the judge made them commit the crimes they are “alleged” to have done! 😩
She was ridiculous, but her lawyer was worthless. He should have been stepping in and shut her up on multiple occasions. He just sat there writing on his paper, not even paying attention.

Wow, she was given so many opportunities. She was all set to do absolutely no jail time. All she had to do was go to get her fingerprints taken. Instead, she chose 12 months of jail....
@@deborahturner1853 Yup. She was going to get booked in regardless. She was going to get a ride down to jail regardless. Her options were to do it and go home after, or to do it and stay there for 12 months... Seems like an easy choice
I now understand why Ms. Click had a poor attitude… her attorney didn’t DO anything for most of a year! The wheels of justice are really slow in this example… and expensive! 😢
I actually feel sorry for her. It likely would have resolved itself without all the drama if it had just been resolved months earlier. She also isn't being advised on Avondale she can take vs her ex.
Or maybe she’s just a pathetic, overly dramatic, self centered, entitled, nasty skank. I wouldn’t touch that thing with a 10 ft pole…I bet her husband sprinted to get away from her … ugh.
I agree. I think this girl just wants to see her kids and this has been so drug out that she is sick of it. I also thought that if the judge had just gotten in there and done her thing that it wouldn’t have ended the way it did!!
I would of put a warrant out for her- the phone works both ways! She is old enough to take responsibility for not showing up. How many breaks is she going to get?? Nobody else would get those breaks.
I would hope that is the case, that he’s exhausted by dealing with her. The only other answers are that he’s either incompetent or overworked, and I can’t guess which it would be,
She truly is! I could never have that level of compassion that she had for the defendant, not to mention the defense and prosecution as well… Is this really the reality of rural America? Cause this is pretty bad… Or am I just catching a completely unfortunate one-off here?
@@domi69ify unfortunately court cases showcase people who generally get in trouble and cause mayhem. The smaller towns in mid America are great places, where you’ll find good people who are quick to help and lend a hand to those who’ve had difficulties. Never to be seen on you tube (except for cooking channels or farm animals) never to be seen in court, yet easy to find in Church on Sundays and farms, markets, factories and schools. Just plain good folk.
@@OldWomanfromtheMountains I wasn’t talking about the defendant. I was talking about the sad state of the legal professionals… Mainly the prosecution and also the judge allowing the bar to be set so low. I know middle America would frown upon blatant tardiness in even the most casual settings. Why are legal professionals who are also state employees this lackadaisical when dealing with state resources and people’s time?
Andrew’s is a PD, and he obviously has too many cases, and not enough help. However, these delays are ridiculous. I believe unfortunately, this is how backlogged our judicial system is across the country. Too many cases, not enough Prosecutors, Public Defenders, Judges, Police Officers, Correctional Officers, Room in jail-prisons, jails/prisons…
I think she might be a narcissist, the smile is fake because she's trying to project what she thinks people want to see, but doesn't empathize enough with others to know how it will be interpreted.
I see people mad how long this took, but it's nothing compared to Fulton County, GA where they are often in jail for a year before even getting a bond hearing! I don't know how they get away with that.
Her attorney is terrible! That doesn’t excuse her abhorrent behavior, but Mr. Andrew is not on top of her case. I wouldn’t want him representing me. He has allowed his client to make ridiculous statements in open court, didn’t push to get all the discovery in a timely manner, didn’t speak with his client about court dates etc. I understand he’s a public defender and the longer the case goes the more money he makes.
At around 9 minutes did ahe admit to breaking bond conditions by going there? Edit: Its very unljke Regier to not be on top of his case. Im shocked to hear he didnt get the additional discovery to defendant
17:32 there was a flaw the in J Regier model. The J Regier model did not submit the required paperwork/report. lol This maybe the first defect in the J Regie model that i have seen.
That attorney Mr Andrews doesn't even pay attention to the trial when he's there he's too busy writing something else down. And then the judge has to ask him again the questions he's just not paying attention.
The judges are to blame also. If I were the judge and you are not involved in the current case My instruction would be turn off your camera and mute your mic until your case is called with further instructions once your case begins, number one being sit your ass down.
No offense to our government agencies and their workers, but they all need to get their crap together!! I am on the 5th hearing, 8 months in and we've had nothing but continuances due to their lack of preparedness. It is unacceptable! We the People deserve better. Don't get me wrong, mom is doing nothing to help herself, but I absolutely understand her frustration! Ugh 2nd edit lol. Hope you are feeling well Meg!❤
The problem isn’t the court, it’s entitled d-bags like you and the hideous, hair twirling skank in this video who thinks the world revolves around you. Parole is the alternative to jail, period … the end. Country Karen in this vid doesn’t see it that way, neither are convenient for her so she acts out like a petulant 5 year old, stamping her feet and cursing. They need to lock her sorry ass up for 30 days, I bet Ms Meth-head loses that attitude.
You can watch Crystal Click and see she doesn't take any of the court's requirements seriously. Judge Webster is going to have to crack down on Crystal Click as the judge will be seeing her again and soon.
Click's whole "explanation" that Mother's Day has some greater legal standing than a court ordered custody agreement, and a PPO, is a perfect example of her "logic". Though to be fair to her, that's the kind of "thinking" used by all people who break custody agreements, PPOs, and support orders. There's always some spurious loophole that they've claimed to spotted, "Well I was on a ship that was going backwards and forwards over the international dateline, so you see that means the date wasn't clear and the PPO hadn't started before I sent the 3,573 emails..." "She's SUPPOSED to contact me if our child goes to ER, and since I punched my 3 year old in the nose an hour before I dropped her off at her Mom's, I KNEW she SHOULD be going to ER, so she broke the law by not telling me she went, and that's why I put a GPS tracker on her car." That kind of thing
The mother in this case could have asked her attorney how she could see her children!? Eg have a third party bring the children to her etc or even have supervised visits. The prootection order is with the children's father not the children!
This judge allows too much back talk, disrespect, contempt of court, etc. That is why so many of the defendants in her court always do this. I bet they wouldn't do that to Judge Stephanie Boyd in Texas.
Am I the only one who hears a buzzing sound in the background that sounds like a barbers razor or badly malfunctioning fluorescent lights? It’s across all hearings so I doubt it’s coming from the courts sound system?????
Judge Webster is pretty inconsistent when she dishes out sanctions, I’ve seen her be harsher on people for much much less than what she allowed this lady to get away with🤨 I usually have a lot of sympathy for people, but this lady is just so annoying
I am sick of commenting on all this crap. now after 6 hearings she cannot make up her mind to keep her mouth shut. the judge keeps letting her get by with contemptuous behavior and the weak prosecutor can only go along like a whipped puppy. I am gone
