You will when Mitch inevitably gets injured and the backup has to play extended minutes, probably during the playoffs

@@brandontilghman9610what is anybody able to do about it? The season has to start with the players that are available. Only two teams gonna be in the finals and only one is winning. ALOT of teams aren’t winning it all with their rosters. We might as well get excited about what we have at the moment. We’ll eventually pick up someone not as good as iHart to replace him for the immediate future. 🤷🏽‍♂️

I'm still trying to figure out the rules with this new cba...im just trying to think out of the box here.....with the Blazers taking Donovan Clingan the uconn C in the draft and with them also having Ayton...is their a possible way we could get Robert Williams the 26 year old C in a trade who use to be on the Celtics.....he got be to be expendable....the knicks have 3 trade exceptions, I dont know if we could still use them....I dont know if we can sign and trade either Achiewa or Burks to get this done....i dont want to say Deuce...but we can sign Rokas....we drafted that guy at the 34 from Marquette....Im not dissing Deuce, I dont want to trade Deuce ....im just thinking out of the box and I thought Mitch rob and Robert Williams would be a good young Tandem.

In today’s NBA 38 isn’t that old if you’re an elite player. I could see him averaging 20 points per game in the last year of his contract. There’s just too many opportunities to score, the game is too fast

@@brandontilghman9610 eh, outside of Lebron, who's in the GOAT conversation, the list of names isn't that mind blowing. Horford just had a good year at 38. The rest are more or less shells of their former selves. as well, PG tends to be hurt most years. The guy is a HOF player, so no knock on him. I get that Philly needed to do something. Gogu Boteaz from magic Mitch is great but way too unreliable. Let Precious go. We need to be bigger, currently we match up better with the Celtics than the sixers after the Paul George acquisition. We need better size . Gogu and hone in on developing Jericho. If we could do that we’re back above Philly.

Look it’s like this. The man is over seven feet tall and has broken his foot and his ankle. He will never be completely healthy. He will always have a foot problem. I listen to one center who use to play for the Knicks who had a foot problem Rasheed Wallace I believe. One season he was out rehabbed had and came back when he thought he was ready. In a game he said he felt ready to make a hard move he use to make and he re injured his foot. He retired after that. If the Knicks can trade Robinson, trade him.

Don't think I agree, but it wasn't a choice between Bridges and iHart. The max we could give him is way too low compared to what OKC offered, early bird rights weren't enough. And even if we did have his bird rights, he's not worth $30mil to us, it'd give us major trouble keeping the rest of our players.
