Vex is OP however I'm just glad it isn't some overcompensating paragraph of a passive that has a hint of true damage at the end.

i love vex, is kinda if you mix lissandra and xerath, keep your distance and get poked and fear, but when she needs to, she goes in for the destroying engage

Tip: Vex's E detonates faster but has a smaller area the nearer you cast it from vex and vice versa (the further the slower but it has the whole area of detonation)

So at the end of the day... Irelia is still the problem

extra tip: you can mask ult within Q when you cast Q+R later on Q cd should be enough to be recast as you engage on R

This is the perfect time to show what happens if people misplay against Vex. Soon enough people will know and when how to respect her and stop feeding as much.

It's funny how people said, "akshan is op bc he can revive teammates", but akshan provides no cc or utility and he is just an adc down mid with no defensive.Vex on the other hand. Is pretty scary because she provides cc and hard burst at a medium range distance and defensive measures if getting jumped but what's worst. Is that she is very simple and anyone can play her.

I knew she was OP from even before release because fear CC is so strong which is why nearly every champion who had it had some condition, like fiddlesticks had to be hidden, and can only fear you once with his Q. Warwick has to risk his entire body, nocturne has to keep a tether for multiple seconds. Not just click the floor, then click a champion, of it then blink or dash, then just click near them.

Tip for playing against her: her e counts as a projectile, so yas oder samira can just block it

2:30 E was used before the Q. It's faster to use. Also I think Vex is pretty fine, the only thing I don't like about her is that she has a half HP unavoidable combo when she has flash (stacked passive + flash + W + rest of combo while enemy is still feared). Takes a massive chunk of counterplay against her.

Ok so E-Q-aa is the standard starting combo, but if you're starting the engage with a fear W, whether Ulting or Flashing in, you would want to W-Q-E-aa because the W fear allows you to easily hit your Q and you can get more autos off after the E slow anyways? You're already Ulting or Flashing into melee/auto range, so you dont need to proc the E gloom with Q.

The only thing that has to go in order to make Vex a fun and challenging lane opponent is W being able to fear without any counterplay. This champion is like lane Fiddlesticks without the hard part of getting rid of vision.

Vex fighting in 8 minions, takes 0 damage through corruption potion. Something seems off.

The fact that people have the perception that vex is broken is only the indicator of how absolutely dogshit most mages are. No one is accustomed to fight a mage with damage at lvl 6, so if you try to solokill a Vex as you would try to kill an Orianna, it's not gonna happen. She exists in a meta with Lee, Xin, Graves, Jayce, Gnar, Kennen w/protobelt, Irelia, Camille, Fiora, Viego, Zed, Qiyana, Sylas, Renek, Trynda, Diana, Rakan, Ezreal, Wukong, Amumu and Jarvan. Who all have dashes as a relevant part of their kits, obviously she is gonna be very strong, but she's not broken IMO, she just disrupts the meta.

Idk I don't think it's broken, just strong in the right hands. Same as Akshan and Gwen. They both have kits that require people to learn how to play against it but once you do I think there is plenty of counter play and opens up the meta to different things. If you get your hands on Vex she dies in an instant. Also everything looks broken in Korean High Challenger. There's probably some guy in KR beating pros with Support Urgot or something lol. So put it simple shes so good right now because of W workin well with passive. If Just they remove fear from w then vex will be normal champ who needs land skillhots and didnt have aoe fear fiddle level for every few seconds huh.

Actually the best champion in like 4 seasons.

At least she's relatively easy to fix, because she doesn't have a ridiculously overloaded kit like Yone. I'll definitely keep playing her once I get to play League again. She and Taliyah are currently the only champs I constantly have fun with.

Her Ult W is a massive engage fear

the most XD in the champion is how you can repel any assassins/dive/chasing enemy with an instant-0 cast time-0 animation-aoe-AND A SHIELD- W, this is 400 years

I like building nashors vs heavy dash champs, makes it easier with aa move for me, but usually you don't need to if you are good, I'd imagine 😉

Can’t believe KR players already know how to master Vex.

Vex was always strong 10 bonus dmg on her q at all ranks and 4 seconds off her shield doesnt somehow push her over the edge. I'm so tired of the community falling for placebo buffs. Vex was always good people just got bored of her and now we are reaching that I wanna play vex again phase.

Vex's Q looks like Death Prophet's Q from Dota 2.. At least they didn't add her ult for Vex.

In the solo kill combo 2:38 , its E-Q auto combo not Q-E as said in the video right ? because if you look at all these pro players they use E-Q because its faster to cast and easier to hit while they are feared in close range

She's pretty much a better fiddlesticks. (sad fiddlesticks main noises)

Vex Tip 101: Use E to apply gloom on an enemy before pressing R. Once Gloom is applied on them, you can R then W to deal the Gloom damage on it. This bursts much better than just R + W.

I don't understand why people have gone mental over Vex considering she really isn't broken. She's immobile with one ability that provides cc which is on a huge cooldown and can maybe be used once or twice in a teamfight. Veigar is the perfect example of why Vex isn't broken. These 2 champions do pretty much the same job except Vex has a reset if she lands the slow moving skill shot AND kills the target within 6 seconds. Veigar has stacking ap, Vex has a mark that deals bonus damage. Veigar has one cc ability, so does Vex on a much higher cooldown. Only difference is that Veigar is a backline champion while Vex is an all in mage much like kassadin, but with less survivability and way less room for error, because as soon as you miss one ability you can't reset. You're immobile and surrounded by 4 enemies and it's over for you.

I would actually be fine with this champ if her e didn't proc passive on everything

Its basically annie with bit more range and unlimited flashes on R. A little lower dmg but the passive procs can get nasty. I think ppl can learn to play against her. Hope riot wont gut her as hard as they overbuffed gwen.

I was surprised that when I play irelia, it's so easy to win lane against vex. I thought it would counter irelia very hard.

Once Vex get nerf. It will either become a normal Mid-laner or a very good support.

She isnt broken…

Her AA range is way too big, need to be cut like 50 or 75 units so she has to risk herself to charge her passive while its down. With that and she gets a clear counter, long range champions, and cut a bit her AS, she is supposed to be and AP caster, her autos come way to smoothly for that. As she is now she practically has no counter.
