vault is incredible confusing and scary looking when you dont know it, when you do know it its so easy it seems like it could be in a strike. I really dont blame you for not understanding it btw, its hard to learn but easy to understand when it starts to make sense... if that makes sense
Now while in every single Destiny 1 and 2 I’ve done and understood every encounter/role....I will never be in charge of vault plates/buffs nor have I successfully done so
I haven’t either but it’s because you still have to be standing on all three plates when they’re dunking on one to watch it rotate. And who is going to do that?
@@TheCursedCat1927 if the violation of such a BASIC assumption as 'ante' not being 'to the left/earlier/whatever contrary to like 15 fucking languages, but TO THE RIGHT, i'd have force my way through aswell. To find this out you'd have to question absolutely everything, starting from "yo, maybe those knights we shouldn't kill..? MAYBE THEY OPEN SOMETHING?! Oh.. maybe THOSE VANDALS THEN..?"
@pyn_rae you mean the franchise aimed for kids? Yea, what a hardcore game bro, that's so hardcore, you snort nails and eat bulls while there alive, totally hardcore and not a game literal 11 yr olds beat
It all comes down to remembering that "ants on the left, pens on the right" Sort of like arranging an office space that has an ant farm for some strange reason
When you said "it made no practical sense" I thought, "Yeah, this is the company that won't let you place a waypoint on the map. Nothing they do makes sense!". 😅
Tbf even though people like to joke about redeem not winning anything nowadays, this was probably the toughest raid about mechanically of all time imo and the fact barely anyone did it is a massive achievement.
If you’re gonna make me think… at least guarantee I get 1k voices at the end of this damned raid. I got the 1k but all this antumbra penumbra bull crap was why most found a way to glitch past all of it.🤣
I've actually went too do that with randoms and they where super c9nfused lol it is a little confusing too unlock and complete even I'd you are a veteran of mechanics!
I have a team, we do lot of hard end game challenges like 3 man raid and stuff, everytime we do this part i have to explaint it like 20 times before we can even start
I can't count the amount of times I've joined last wish lfgs that said know what to do and ended up having to teach 2 other people, usually the host, how vault works and how to read
I still Don't know and somehow managed to explain it to people who then understood what I was saying and succeeded at this part... So, if i explain it to people, they understand it and pull it off but when I explain it and try to do it kmyself, idfk and fail...
There’s a reason I don’t like raiding. The fact I had to take three ibuprofen for the headache I got after watching this short video explanation. That’s the reason.
Dawg I don't even know how many times I've done this raid and I've never ever seen them rotate we just figure out if we're ant or pen and then hop off it takes like 8 seconds
I never knew the symbols actually rotated like that. I always thought it was brute forced untill the players figured it out rather than Bungie giving this visual hint which players then sussed out
i feel like bungie could make another raid like last wish but is to scared that if they did make it as complex as the day one last wish was it wouldn’t be completed or it’ll take to long
Honestly idk how these day 1 raiders get any of those raids done with all the mechanical issues you have to learn, but koodos to them for getting it done.
The problem is this can be explained in such a simple manner explaining it that way only makes it more confusing, hence why the last wish raid probably took 18 hours lmao.
I think another hint is that in the shuro chi part, the taken orb thing which you can pick up to shoot with has a antumbra and penumbra variant and you hold it in the corresponding hand
Most of yall gonna say "why say Brian?!" Cause if you watched their live streams during the raid, they kept an on going gag because someone said Brian instead of brains. Had to be there to get it 💁
@@CruzPT1 I wasn't, I was just making a point that even someone who's done everything there is to do with the raid didn't notice all the little details it has.
