In June 2019 we caught up with Leander Club Junior Coach James Loveday to learn more about their program, how education plays a major role and to find out how they were responding after a bitter defeat to local rivals Henley Rowing Club at the National Schools Regatta (nationalschoolsregatta.co.uk/).
