How Lockdown killed Sideswipe and Mirage ? 

I'll sum up the real theory. Dino's voice actor died of a heart attack, so Dino is possibly still in hiding until they find a new voice actor or he was killed off screen. And as for Sideswipe, it was sideswipe that actually hit Lockdown in the chest, but was grabbed and killed. His blade is located on the ship as the machine is taking apart LEADFOOT'S body. Not mirages. Like cmon, that body is too big to be Mirage's.

I hope they both appear in the new continuity... And not get killed off screen.

Maybe that Sideswipe and Mirage are still alive during the events of Age of Extinction and the last knight and also maybe they are chilling on an island without humans on it.

Actually, it said on the card that Mirage is still alive. He probably just evacuated to another country but his voice actor died so that might be why we never saw mirage in tf4 except for an identical body from mirage's identical twin or Leadfoot But Lockdown indeed killed Sideswipe

Topspin was playing with mirage in "The last knight", since the wreckers are experts at inventing stuff just like wheeljack (correct me if I'm wrong) the remaining wrecker, Topspin used leadfoot's parts to fix mirage and then boom his alive. Thats my theory

Most of this is literally just fanfiction and for anyone saying oh they found Sideswipes sword in the furnace, it's a reused cgi model. Unless you want to say Bumblebee is dead cause his body is clearly visible in the lab where they were melting down autobots. On top of that there are several more instances where Michael Bay reused CGI pieces and even entire character models cause he was so lazy. Sideswipe is not dead, he most likely lives with the other autobot refugees. Either that or he said fuck it and got offworld somehow. He lives. End of story.

Well we all know dino and sideswipe isn't dead because remember sentinel prime sideswipes blade got stuck so it stayed in sentinels shield and for dino what color is sentinel prime red and the head thingy optimus shot his head remember so sentinel lost his head and for the scars it is from the dino bots because they got trapped in lockdowns lost ship and uptimus released them and ratchet because he knew lockdown was hunting him so he shot lockdown but it didnt effect so lockdown manage to get revenge and killed him.

i know the reason why they did not put that on screen it's because of 2 reasons 1. mirage can't speak because his voice actor was dead so the scene will not be good without mirage saying his last words 2. if they put that on screen the fans will be upset. so that's the reason why they killed mirage and sideswipe offscreen.
