The cost of living in the UK has gone insane and inflation has risen to 10.1%. Years ago, there was a trend of seeing if you can survive on just £1 for a day for food and water - so I wanted to attempt to survive on £1 in London for 24 Hours in 2022...

Moist is my favourite word! Ps anyone on low income with kids should look up HSF, household support fund which councils have been given to distribute. You have to apply online, we got a £200 supermarket voucher but it is all down to local councils. Thank you for this mate, as someone who is struggling alone with my son these things are important, there have been times we needed to food bank. Life is not easy right now, I appreciate being seen bud xx

If you like water, should have just taken a bottle with you, free water refills in a lot of places in London as part of a scheme - I believe a lot of Gregg's do them with a tap in the store you can just use.
