My dad was a Lt at the volunteer fire dept in our town when I was a kid. this guy looked like he was taking his time. The rule was "30 second shuffle." That meant if you weren't in your gear and on the truck in 30 seconds after the alarm went off, anyone who WAS ready was leaving you behind. Then again, maybe that's because I took forever to get dressed for school as a kid.
He should have put his hoodie on before his jacket, as he tucked in the hoodie into the jacket, not that much protection, just saying. my father showed me how to put on all of the turn out gear, and in what sequences. As he put on his boots, he put on his hoodie the same time. but he would also have everything ready and in place, so it would be much faster to put on the gear. Everything was all over the place, he also had help.
