Hi, please assist on below query: Does the administrative review can be escalated by complaining against Home office for their unfair decision and refusal letter which lacks clarity? Or by sending email to the MP for the same reason
its a child dependent visa (from outside uk). The time period mentioned on official site is 12 months but usually is there any approximate idea on within how much time it gets out?
@@mkas2321 you still didn’t mention reason for refusal , but if you think they are wrong in their decision and it’s a case working error , the process will take 6months to get a decision on the AR AND ANOTHER 6 or more months to get a letter to bring back the passport , if you can wait this long and you are sure they made the mistake . You can go ahead with the review . But if not just reapply and do everything right this time
@@victoriaokafor3191The reason they mentioned for refusal is that other parent of child should also need to apply along with child. However, the immigration rule has the clause that if there are some serious compelling reasons and decision maker gets satisfied then also visa gets issued. They first asked for additional documents which we provided then they asked for a new travel intended date within 3 months period for issuing the visa which we provided promptly. Even after that, they gave refusal with no acknowledgement of this latest communication or reason behind why travel date was even asked. They could have given refusal even without asking for new travel date.

I got refusal for ielts has no ukvi number than I realised that by mistakely I submitted wrong one cuase i had correct ielts with ukvi number band 6 with explanation i submitted correct certificate to AR within 3 days almost 40 days up no result plzzz kindly tell there is any hope to get overturned
Yes, there is a high chance that you will get a successful AR, and your decision overturned since you have submitted the correct ielts. But it takes between 6-12 months to get a response. Mine was at six months and I got successful mail. So you just have to keep praying, and hopeful and continue living your life until then. But if you have money and can't wait for that long, then make a new application and attach the correct document. Thanks
@@victoriaokafor3191 Not yet and it's 8weeks now. sent mail but no response. But someone said you can use the successful review letter to submit your passport back to TLS .......please let me know if you have any other advise or what to do . Am just tired of this long process self
@@JonaWanderPinay august last year to January this year 6 months for review . February till may last month , 4 months they sent a mail asking for more documents. We are in June and I am still waiting 🤣😂
Hi My uk spouse unmarried partner visa was refused yesterday because on her past two applications to the uk her dad used his address instead of her address…She used our address when applying for this third visa and she is now in the uk working. I applied using our address also and even submitted documents for proof of address but my application was denied because of the different addresses and timeline.Her first application was done in 2021 and the second one was done in 2022 with her dads address and the proof of address we submitted on my application had 2021 to 2023 in our address..what should I do please?
I applied for my review on 2nd of December last year and my decision was overturned 3 weeks ago. I was asked to pay for additional IHS which I did last 2 weeks.my question is how long it might take UKVI to ask for passport re-submission and granting of the visas after a successful AR?
I will advice you to go to your VAC to resubmit your passport without them asking you to. Though you will get an email for you to submit your passport back but the time is not setting.

Hi, thank you for this clip. I was refused this October, that my IELTS was not on the UK reference portal. I did an administrative review showing my IELTS reference number. It was then i got to realize that my ielts i wrote has no UKVI reference number, just ielts reference number. What should i do at this point.
The only option is to provide Ecctis or write another IELTS,,,, in my case I used my undergraduate degree to get Ecctis and attached for AR. Now it's successful.

Hi I got Tier 2 visa refusal because the case worker said that I did not show proof of knowledge of English. In fact, my master degree is from a UK university. I sent my degree certificate during my application but the caseworker said that I didn't show proof. Thus, I apply for administrative review. How long does it usually take for cases like this? I did not submit new evidence because I have sent them an evidence to begin with

Pls I will want u to help me to solve my situation now …I applied for the health and care visa and my application was Refused due to the minimum salary rate per year (£20,960)…But the salary my employer offered me is £21,131.58 per year but still I was refused and I was asked to go for an administrative review..
Have you checked the supposed minimum salary rate in the home office website? Because you can only apply for AR if you are sure that the EO made a mistake in the decision
@@lawaniprecious yes pls I checked the home office website and the minimum salary per year is £20,960 which equates to £10.75 and mine is £21,131.58 per year and the case worker equates it as £10.42 an hour which is wrong and I was refused
Request for offer letter from ur employer I believe d difference in d salary will be corrected on the letter and the company lawyer back it up with a letter

After a successful AR, you will receive an email stating that you should submit your passport to the VAC back, the time frame for submission is secting, most people don't wait for the Home Office to ask them to submit the passport back, when you get a successful AR you can go and submit your passport to the VAC immediately.
