Hi Dr. Becca just a quick question. If the residence permit takes almost 12months to be ready will the date of it expiring start on the day I received it or the day I submitted my documents and fingerprints.
Hi, I want to ask, is the proof of money in the bank account only the amount of dorm rental fees for 12 months to apply for TRC? And did you also put money in your account only for 12 months rent house so that you managed to get TRC? I want to know this, because my son is studying in Poland, and next year will make a TRC. My local voivodeship office has no appointment (lublin) for many months, others said we can send documents online before the last legal day of your stay. Do you think this is correct ?
do you have a visa or a permit? if it's a visa you can't exceed 90 days before sending in an application, and if it's permit just be safe and send in an application a month before your permit expires.
@@drautabecca I'm Australian so I have 90 days visa free in Poland, my 90 days expire on the 18th of June . I live in Lublin and just got engaged to a Polish citizen, Thank you very much for replying so fast I really appreciate it. I will be posting my documents into the Lublin Voivodeship via registered post but there are no appointments available for at least 3 months, Do I just send my application with documents into the office and then book the next available appointment ? I'm not here to work as I run an online business out of Australia and I'm happy to wait, I'm just a little confused as some places say you must visit the voivodship office within 2 weeks of sending in the documents to do finger prints etc... any help is appreciated
@@djsikora1280 It is best you send in an application as a pending application validates your stay but be sure they receive and stamp it before you exceed your 90 days. You can also book the next available appointment as well to be able to proceed with the residence permit application. I hope this helps and have a lovely day.
@Dr Auta Becca actually, I am not residing in Poland at the moment, initially I am a medical student from Ukraine, our school is relocating students from Ukraine into poland Silesia region. I have apply for invitation letter. I concluded paying for invitation letter was at yesterday. I am expecting my invitation letter from my school. Can you apply for temporary resident when you are done with school. And also I am in final year, I am looking for means not to go back to Nigerian. Also a question for you, can you do your housemanship in Poland? And will you be paid as you are doing your housemanship? And do you think when i have completed my masters degree programs in poland, I can apply for temporary resident permit? What is the difference between temporary resident permit and permanent resident permit in Poland. Do they have English school where the children born in Poland will not only speak polish, but speak Polish language and English language. Please answer all questions I asked. Thank you Dr!
