I was one of those people who had irregular period, couldn't have tell if I'm ovulating or not, so I cut off sweets excerse regularly, and do some strength training In the gym, took folic acid and glucophage my A1c was boarder line, and decrease my cholesterol level so the dark areas in my neck disappeared real fast, start getting a regular period, for two month before that, I start getting ovulation pain, for those two month, first month was the on the left with that side of my face I got pimples, the other month was the right side ovulation, the third month was left side, expecting to see a period at the regular time, nothing came, feeling like a period coming nothing came I waited two weeks no period but getting cramps like period coming, and sleepy and tired alot, finally I took a pregnancy test, two fat lines, God is real, didn't take long at all for changes to happen, just do the modification and have fun doing it, and before you know, you pregnant. After doctor told me I was not ovulating and everything makes sense why I wasn't really conceiving. A1c and cholesterol need to be within the correct range.
