I agree with the no food reward training. Once they get used to this system they'll expect it for the rest of their life.

My dog isn't a beagle. He's a 15 month old Bolognese. Will your techniques help him? He doesn't come when called and only sits for a few seconds. I like the non-punative and the no treat approach.

It applies to all breeds. If a beagle can be trained without using food, any other breed can be trained as well.

Sadie can jump threw a hula hoop got bored one day and just got it and just said jump and she did but STILL wont jump in the bath tub

What should I do with a puppy that’s 8-9 weeks until they turn 4 months(since you mentioned that’s when training on a puppy should start getting trained)? I know potty training should start as soon as you bring a puppy home, but is there anything else I should do before it turns 4 months? Can i start teaching them sit, stay, and come commands?

Hi Saro. My beagle puppy is now exactly 4 months old. I noticed a weird behavior couple of days ago. He started to literally hump a 3yr old husky. Funny part is it didn't even reach for him but still he started to sniff the right area and started the humping. How do I correct this humping behavior of my puppy?

Humping ususally is not what you think it is. In most cases is the dog asking for play with the other dog. It is an invitation to play.

@@SaroDogTraining I see. But this behavior doesn't happen with male dogs and happens only with female dogs. With male dogs he just jumps and goes to a playing lying down position and then again jumps on them whereas with female dogs he specifically smells the backside area and tries the humping part if not told him not to do that! That's why I came up to you asking this.

Saro, my beagle puppy is almost 12 weeks old. She's amazing. But sometimes she gets very energetic and runs around trying to bite people. I looked it up and it says that witching hours are normal. How can I prevent this?

Sir, my 2 months old gsd has started eating his poop from last 2-3 days whenever he does it inside the room. How can I stop him?

@@SaroDogTraining I am already doing everything what you said. But problem is whenever he does potty at night time or in the day when he is not supervisioned then he do potty and eat it. He started doing this from last week only. Whenever we are in the room with him then he tell us to go outside for potty. Do you think he started eating his potty because we scolded him whenever he do potty in the room? Is this behavoural issue or nutritional one? Our pup is doing everything very good except this thing. And we are concerned of his health because we thing it can be deteriorated if he continue eating it. Does pup do potty inside if we puts him in the cage at night time?
