Yes, trouble and trials do come!! It is not if but when---they can hit hard, but Christ is always with us through the Holy Spirit!! How good God is!!! I have had many trials-my health broke when I was 26. I was diagnosed with severe Lupus--systemic. After about a year, I went back to work, I am a RN. I was able to work for a time--yet my husband rejected me and our 2 sons. It was devastating!!! God was in control, as always. Some years later I developed organ failure and went on SS disability-I was 37 and I am 62 now. God has intervened more than 20 times to let me live and raise my sons. Thankfully my parents were in good health and helped so very much!!! They have gone home now--they were 90 and 94--active until the end. Serving the Lord together!!!
Almighty and sovereign Father, we are more than conquerors through Jesus Christ who loved us and gave His life for us. Thank You for holding us in Your arms and covering us with the precious blood of Jesus Christ. We have the victory because our Lord and Savior rose from the dead. All of our burdens, trials and tribulations have been nailed to the cross. The battle has already been won. With You on our side who can be against us? Lord we know if we suffer for You, we will also reign in glory with You. The glory far outweighs the suffering we experience now. For our light and momentary troubles are achieving for us an eternal glory that far outweighs them all. Lord, help us to fix our eyes not on what is seen, but on what is unseen, since what is seen is temporary, but what is unseen is eternal. In the victorious name of Jesus Christ we pray. Amen.

Thank you. Having a terrible day with my medically ill teen daughter. I am a full time caregiver with very few breaks. My husband is awesome but works long hours and travels. No support system for her many needs. Some days im drowning in this. She is violent and doesnt understand. I cannot fix her body or mind but i look towards the one who will in His time
