Just like with Wi-Fi and radio signals certain conductive materials can deflect electromagnetic pulses. Telepathy would also work like a radio, television or Wi-Fi broadcast. In X-Men: The Animated Series from the 1990s and the comics this was described in great detail. So Magneto is basically wearing a tinfoil hat. It works like a faraday cage. Because of Magneto's power it is electromagnetically charged the same way. Not only that but he can build a an electromagnetic force field around his body which resembles the one surrounding the earth.
Also risk of an EMP being shot at him , like they did in X-Men apocalypse the scene where the mansion exploded and the military came in and fried them that's why
I dont mind helping out other new youtubers like myself its hard out there man...may I suggest you post to reddit it helps a lot! Also the intro was gross and I gave it a hard skip lol tone it down. However the information I wanted was there so I ducked the intro; however the rest of the video gave me answers I was comfortable with. Animation was fine to get the message across.

@@cakestudy3874 A good way to promote your stuff freely is by using hastags, descriptive text in read more and very clear titles...also click bait helps too mainly can the audience read what the video is about in the picture. Lastly if there is a target audience akak comic book community post to those places as well like reddit. I am still learning more things myself but doing these things have given me great success.
