I am a Johorean. You got some facts wrong. No matter whom.she married , the Princess and her kids couldnt have any claims to the throne as succession is only throigh the male heirs. So I doubt that was a condition in the pre nup. Secondly everyone who converts to Islam changes their name or rather adds to it like Dennis has done. He is still referred to by his Dutch name in addition to his muslim name

I'm Malaysian spouse, mum of Malay kid and I was never ordered by any governmental organisation or municipality here to change my name, it wasn't even mentioned. Sure some people told me I should call myself Khadija or Humayrah but I just ignore those. :)

The Sultan only has jurisdiction over Johor state, NOT the whole country Malaysia, only One of 13 states. The Sultan's mother was British, so were his grandmother, also a British.
There are so many inaccuracies in this video such as: The marriage was only shown in the Johor state not the the whole country. None of their children will ever be in line to the throne because she has 5 brothers (4 living) and the line go to male family members. There is no compulsion in this religion , every religion also has marriage rules. In Islam, girls can only marry muslim boys. They had to just make sure he understood the rules of being part of a royal family and the culture of the country too.

I think the narrator has over dramatised the story. A number of inconsistencies in the narration. The so-called 3 conditions is a given for those who knows the Royal Malay adat.
