I created a fear of the present moment with Loa I discovered/think. It all started with like you say, it was sooo boring. The boredom scared the hell out of me. I know it’s not true, but all those fear thoughts come in strong when I want to be present. Now after 4 years of a course in miracles it’s almost gone. Seems like this fear of the present moment created my dark night of the soul, fear of just being.❤️I love how you talk about detoxing , I always knew there is something not right with this manifesting it created a lot of new fears I didn’t have (it seems like, or where they already there), thank you so much for confirming my feelings last years❤️❤️❤️

Yes or through a window. This is what I prefer while cozy on my bed. 💓

Hi ! I’ve been working through my trauma and recently discovered I’m rarely ever in the present moment because it does feel overwhelming. Feel like my body has been protecting itself for too long! Is what you explain “being in the present moment” similar to healing / working through cptsd and the dissociation/ freeze/flight/fight response? Would love to hear your thoughts :)

The best I can describe it is feeling your body and all the sensations within it as well as being aware that you are here feeling life with your senses. Thoughts come and go but you're aware of them. You feel present with that is right in front of you. Great topic idea!! Thank you!
