After 40 minutes the other officer came back and told me I’m good to go. I told this to the local guy waiting outside to pick me up, he said they took my passport to the onsite xxb office for further inspection. I was thinking what they would do if I have 2 passports. Russia does not forbid dual citizenship. However, Russian citizens must disclose their non-Russian citizenship to the government. This was introduced in 2014 maybe after a series of investigations which uncovered a few government officials having foreign citizenship. Interestingly enough, there's a special law provision for Crimea residents - they are not considered as having Ukrainian citizenship even if they are in fact.

for germany: the restriction mentioned would apply if german citizenship is obtained by naturalization: you have to forsake your former citizenship, but lot of exceptions exist. some countries would just outright deny your wish of renouncement of the "former" one, so germany will wave that requirement. all other EU citizenships + Switzerland are also excempt. :) for CBI example: if a german would aquire St. Kitts and Nevis or whatever citizenship outside of EU/Switzerland: loss of german citizenship on the spot UNLESS the citizens asked nicely to keep german citizenship AND asked *prior* to the naturalization abroad. still in german gov discretion to grant that if a german citizen was born where _ius solis_ is a thing: that's cool too. you cannot be blamed for your place of birth ;)

For some some reason your replies back to me were deleted and didn't get a chance to apologize or inquire further to who you were referring me to? When I hear about Bezos and all these other billionaires not paying taxes and money laundering through shell companies in offshore Panama bank accts. To avoid taxation just so wealthy can add a couple more 50k watches or a 4th vacation home to their collelection, to obsess so much about wealth taxes almost seems pathological when you put everything in perspective.. Perhaps if the wealthy paid their fair share and didn't buy that extra mansion in the Caribbean.. maybe USA wouldnt be turning into a 3rd world shittthole and none of us would have to worry about getting dual citizenships? Even animals know not to Shitton where they sleep and eat but I guess the super rich thinks it's ok if they gate it out or move somewhere else.. rinse and repeat.. huh I understand half our taxes goes to good and the other half wastes on corrupt corporate bailouts and Military Industrial Complex, but to many ppl who talk like you, don't like their taxes going to "welfare" social programs or anything public or non-private... forgive me if I'm wrong, With that said, Thank you, I genuinely appreciate the free content you provide for US peasants;) about citizenship we get it, you're a multi millionaire but I doubt no more than 10% of your subs could ever afford or relate to the suggestions you talk about, the other 90% are split, 1/2 dreaming about exporting their American Dream, and my camp who know the American Dream was knocked out with the right left combo punches of Reagan and Clinton. Some would argue the left right magical bullets knocking out Kennedy was the beginning of the end.. but U.S. all know we're fkd with no democracy when Bernie and Trump was defeated by Kackaling Kamala and "Weekend with Bernie" It's looking like they are going to enforce vaccine passports, require vaccine ID's to go anywhere in US There are millions who will refuse, whether you agree or not.. Many of us are into homesteading, the one guaranteed return on your investment is buying good farm land with a large underground water reserve preferably isolated to one property to prevent contamination from òne neighbor dumping tons of waste we have to control over.. We don't care about 5 star hotels and sushi restaurants.. simply want to know what's the safest most stable countries to buy farmland and easiest to get citizenship.. I heard or Expats getting their vacation beach homes confiscated or squated in Mexico, but I assume safety in expat communities... Many wealthy boomers I know who agree with me, a self sustainable farm is the least riskiest investment and we know the corrupted US gov will never aĺlow a self sustainable off the grid bartering economy farm to flourish and I can guess it's not your style.. However I think there will be a big consulting niche for helping people who are tired of playing this perpetual boom bust cycle we call capitalism.. (Un)fortunately not. But it would be a fun experiment to calculate the theoretical maximum number of citizenships a single person can have.

For anybody with a decent passport (like most of EU members) already there is no point getting a citizenship of USA, Australia, Canada, Japan, Hungary or Austria. There is no benefits. Only downsides. They are only worth it if you have a low rank passport like Haiti, Djibouti, Palestine, not to even mention Afghanistan or Syria.

Hi, could you explain why there are downsides for Austria, Hungary, Canada and Australia? I understand USA why.. But the others?

@darek4488 Год назад
@@pabloarielfernandez2234 There are countries that will force you to get rid of your other citizenships. Some countries will overreach beyond their borders in terms of tax reporting. And some have just started becoming more and more totalitarian like Canada or Australia and you don't want to be a subject to them.

@@luisvilleda9804 If you want to live in a city avoid UK. The only time I was genuinely scared for my safety in the last few years was when I visited UK. It is also extremely dirty on the streets.
