2 ways to clean poatoes very fast. One super cheap and the other expensive. Super cheap is a 5 gallon bucket outside with a hose and a new toilet brush attached to a drill. The brush will eat the skin away and the hose will flush the water. The expensive one is a potato machine. It uses the same concept as the cheap one yet its a drum that has some kind of teeth or something in them and you put water in it and turn it one and run it then open to peeled potatoes.
