Sir i do gymming also and lifts around 7.5 kg on triceps and shoulders and 10 kg for biceps. I do 120 pushups daily and other cardio exercises as well as plank . I never been to gym and only do this all at home (home workout) with two pairs of dumbbells. Will doing such things will damage my sports? I am doing pushups from 2-3 years and now i do three sets of 60+60+40 . My age is 18 years old and current score is nearby 570/600. Please guide sir
