Ghanta . Just look at the life of top businessmen like Elon Musk, mark, gates . They are some of the most disciplined and serious people. Elon himself once said that he used to complete whole 400 hundred pages book in just 1 day. Sab log chapri dolly chaiwala thodi banenge. Aur baat rahi politician aur actors ka toh wo toh duniya ke sabse bekar log hi bante hai jinhe ki aur kuch nahi ata.

I'm a student of 10th grade but I really want to build myself from now. The other students who are thinking the same I would recommend you to study for 8 hours or 8+ hours in a day. I do it and I think it's not impossible. Yes it's hard but at a time you'll start liking your daily routine.

Just leaving my opinion here that you should focus on your academic years rather than studying for upsc from 10th standard as mentioned in video, yeah you should know what is upsc and collect the basic info. About it but dedication or padhne waala ho toh bhi 1 year is enough for UPSC.

If you can’t make a habit of studying 10hrs in a day in full preparation, don’t even start the preparation. UPSC and bureaucracy is not for you because even after getting the IAS job, you will still be needed to work hard that long in a day in high pressure.
