I think saying that ice age is pivotal for a decks success shows why it cannot be banned. Maybe if they introduce other “reduce cost” options before the restriction it would be acceptable the goal is to make a deck balanced not obsolete

Does the negative hollow let you see your opponents hand when you choose? The wording doesn’t make it clear if it’s random and the amount of times the best card in was taken seemed too many to be random
