When they say suspicious means what ..i planned to opened account in fi..but i am staying away dont want to chase fancy ui and risk even 10k..i am a salaried person but then also don't want to risk and waste time later to chase them in case anything goes wrong..
@@kunalshah2331 nope they aren't giving any information.. so basically what happened. Someone scammed my friend for 49,000 rs he ordered a tablet from Amazon and he shared that amazon account (his mistake) for getting refund . He raised the dispute in fi and Amazon both . But after that nothing happened..( even submitted the fir ) after 3 weeks he deposited 50,000 rs to pay emis. For credit card. And they frozen that amount. By saying suspicious transaction... So basically they can freeze big amounts any time without giving any explanation. So I suggest you to avoid this virtual banks. They don't even have proper customer care support..all they have is chat support and you get really really late replies there .

But most of the banks asked for OTP based accounts e kyc . If I opened one account through aadhar based OTP. Then I am not eligible for another type video kyc.

भाई मैने HDFC में account open किया था account opening cheque (Rs.25000/-) भी दिया deposit भी हुआ पर 1 month हो गया ना डेबिट कार्ड मिला ना cheque book ना पासबुक सिर्फ बँक के चक्कर कांट रहा हू technical issue bata रहे ब्रांच वाले हर बार नया बहाना थक हार के online complaint किया aur account बंद कर दिया जिंदगी भर कभी भी HDFC का मुह नही देखुंगा बकवास बँक एकदम
