Because.. people need them? Nobody needs to put hundreds of projectikes that can kill in a few seconds. They shoukdnt legal . Im not anti guns, Absolutely not. You've never been or known a gun violence victim. Have a couple shotgubs, rifles & handguns.. but you dobt need more than you can carry & you dont need to be able to kill hindreds in under a minute. Or you're just a murderous douche. I hope not
The little rubber piece was developed in 2015 by OPSol Texas. Its called the Flex Adapter. Unlike the 590S, the Flex Adapter shortens the receiver opening, creating a mini receiver for mini shells. If you rack hard, under the strain of protecting your home, and with gun held in different positions like vertical, any shotgun receiver will allow the minishells to rattle around, flip, etc. That excess room has to be eliminated, and that's what the Flex Adapter does.
@@keatonbrock5910 I didn't see any vids for this sexy a$$ shotgun, but I get the drift of the ghost round. If thats possible thats like a girl driving manual.
@@ripvanwinkle5199 buddy we're all here watching a video about how to fit more ammo into our guns, the fbi already classifies that as terrorism now. welcome to the club lol
That’s a plus for range days and varmint control, but anyone who believes this is a tactical advantage is naive to say the least. Short shells are anemic compared to the standard 12ga cartridge. I’d rather have 8 standard 00 Buck rounds and know that every hit will devastate the bad guy. Can’t count on a hit from any of those shorties to be effective enough to take a bad guy out of the fight like a standard load.
Hello I got a mossberg and shit happened and a shell was loaded backwards. When I try to eject it it won’t get out cause the wider end of the shell gets caught. Any advice 😂
I hold 28 in my DP-12. And I dump them twice as fast. And no dumb block required. Best part I still have both thumbs to give way up to the DP-12 with mini slugs.
I can see that since the short shell doesn't get ejected until it's out of the barrel as far as a longer shell has to travel. I guess that could be modified though.
I thought the entire point if mini shells was to use in pumps. Why would you want one in a single shot when you can just use low recoil rounds? Literally I remember reading when these were invented that the point was that you could fit more in a tube mag, and standard size rounds were overpowered.
@@Iknowyoudidntwashyourhands how easy is it for you to find left hand models? I’m a lefty but I wasn’t going to wait or pay more at the time for a left handed mossberg so I got a normal right hand model.
@@dirtyaznstyle4156 it’s pretty tricky unfortunately, a lot of it is being at the right place at the right time when a shop has something. With that being said, most of my rifles are right-handed eject and I do just have to take the occasional hot brass to the cheek or far shoulder. I’ve found that shooting a left-hand eject is somewhat of a treat for me haha
Im a believer in the mossburg, i gotta 500a ive had for years. Equipped with Tactstar flashlight, 17"barrel, butler creek folding stock, removed plug/wooden stick, and heatshield...
What? Why? He loaded it until it was full. That is how you load a shotgun. Do you not know what a mini shell is? They are only 1.5 inches, so you can fit more of them. It wouldn't matter how worn the spring is, you can only load the tube until it is full. That is standard in tube fed shotguns. The way he unloaded it would have no effect on the magazine spring either, it is just normal wear and tear. Unless he did this thousands of times to demonstrate, it would have no ill effects on the spring, and off he did, it would be exactly the same as normal usage of the gun. So I suspect you have no idea what you are talking about.
So you have the only 870 on earth that will shoot mini shells? That's impressive... Because even Remington said their shotguns wouldn't function using them. You must be extra special.
It would be. Those short shells give much reduced recoil but still capable of doing major damage on the business end and the shorter range isn't really an issue in home defense ranges.
I have a Dickinson. 12G I just ignore the adapter. I load one in the barrel , load another one and the 3rd shell I load it backwards because it flips after the initial 2 shells that are loaded. It looks funky to watch and it was fun to figure out
High capacity magless shotguns are crazy lol Ive always known about cut shells or making minis,im glad there coming back No feeding issues baby,i love pumps for that, mossberg baby
