Amazing how a senator has more information on the question he asks than the people that are supposed to be looking after our country, people that get paid a huge amount to look after our country.

There was a time when I actually admired the people at the FBI. I thought they were working to keep us all safe. Man, was I naive!

The Department of Justice and Homeland Security are a disgrace today.

It's amazing how they can get away with so many "I don't know's" yet if you're average citizen was questioned by them, no way would these answers be good enough for them. If you're ever questioned by the FBI, just say you don't know or that you'll get back with them later. See what that gets you. No doubt there's levels to justice. You clearly see who's above the law.

When you ask someone who's paid for the job and doesn't or won't answer questions it's time for them to go. Their not lying to lyndsay their lying to the people who pay them. The public.

I have never seen so many officials that cannot answer a damn question about anything. What are the pay grades of these people.

If a CEO would ask questions to managers on their numbers and they had no idea they would be FIRED.

If I went into a meeting with my CEOs on how my department is doing I would have every answer of my job duties of possible questions that they would ask for the last year up to the current day. It's not like these people being questioned before Congress don't know what they would or could POSSIBLY be asked when it comes to how many arrests were made on January 6th. You know you're going before them about these specific incidents. Its not like it happened yesterday, last week or month and you're still figuring out charges. No, you KNOW EXACTLY who and what charges, where they are being held since the time of their arrests. On to dipstick #2. Being asked if he would call Portland being a act of terrorism for it burning for 100 days when Jan 6th us being compared to 9/11 and Pearl Harbor. These people are making a MOCKERY of our elected officials. And it should not stand. Some of our Congress members need to start standing up and demanding that these people answer or they lose their jobs. It's their job to know everything in those departments when it comes to the past 4yrs of "terrorism". Jan 6th was not a terrorist attack by none other than a former FBI officer who incited violence. He was on the FBI's most wanted list. But see they don't show you that video. You see more of the ones where Capitol police allowed people to peacefully walk in, as we should be able to. You want to call one incident of the Capitol under a terrorist act. How about when they were actually in session and they had ANTIFA BEATING ON THE DOORS. Screaming and demanding them to stop. Yet no one was shot then. No one talks about that like it was any kind of a problem. At least on Jan 6, most were not even there. Like AOC, she was 6 blocks from the Capitol but in her Mr Ed head she was there and scared to death by people coming in to peacefully protest. Did anyone see the video of Mr Ebb inciting for them to break down the barrier gates? If not then you don't have the full story and need to have facts on what really happened. He was there well before Trump was done speaking. So by the time that people from the speech got there, there were no fences to go through. There were doors where people could easily walk into and walk around. January 6th was NOT AN ACT OF TERRORISM to be compared to Pearl Harbor or 9/11. And as Ilhan Omar once said about 9/11 was that some people just did some bad things. She doesn't believe that 9/11 was an act of terrorism against our country. So all these questions should be extremely easy to answer that Jan 6th was NOTHING compared to any day in history as an act of terrorism against anyone. Portland and other cities had businesses and police departments cars burned, looting and rioting. That is why more than what happened than Jan 6th. Free the Shaman and arrest the ones that took down the barriers. Arrest former FBI agent Ebbs for his part of inciting violence.

Why do they NEVER NEVER answer the questions? They all should be removed from their position. Bring back accountability!

I know the numbers in Portland up to September 2020, over 550 people were arrested by local officials, but the local DA released every one of them and dropped all charges the next day. The US Attorney went back and rearrested over 250 of them for violent federal felonies, but after AG Garland took over, he dropped the charges against every one of them, citing he lacked the time and money to prosecute those cases.

This guy now takes Mayorkas's spot as "the most deceitful" individual....and it's his first time.

Been asking this for over a year. 1 day vs. 1 year. Something really stinks

250 arrests over the whole summer?! I mean, I know she's only talking federal charges, but... For 100 consecutive nights, rioters attacked a federal courthouse and the federal LEOs defending it. Rioters crossed state lines to burn and loot multiple cities. Every single one of those people could be federally charged, many of them with terrorist offences because they were organized, violent and were doing it for political ends. At least 25 people dead. Almost $2billion in property insurance payouts alone (god knows how much insurance didn't cover). 250 federal arrests? In total?

These FBI agents are amazing politicians- lots of questions with no answers.

Watching these hearings on a daily basis. Reminds me of when my boys were kids. I'd ask them questions knowing fully well the answer and listening to them trying to lie to me without lying to me.

The US citizens and taxpayers should demand transparency from bureaucrats AND politicians. I've watched many government employees testify in these settings and it's amazing the level of secrecy and unwillingness to share information as well as "word-salad" answers given in their testimony.

Funny how they knew they were testifying yet neither one of them can answer any of the questions asked of them. It's like hitting the repeat button on every question.

About time! I've been trying to sort out how the Jan. 6 event was an insurrection, and the attack on a Federal Court house in Portland was not.
