There is nothing we will get learn all the languages just on the upper layer,,,,,,,, we should be learning one programming very deep, and it's good to keep the knowledge of many languages, focus on developing tools or apps or other materials like webpage, login panel, win32 API, etc etc, rather than printing pattern or adding two numbers, great video, sir

So my question is that I am truly very much interested in Web Development and I have command over HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Angular and PHP. Depends on what you would like to do. If you are just starting out, you should check out python. It is one of the easiest programming language to learn as a beginner.Python is one of the most used programming languages out there as it is used in Google, Facebook and Yahoo but Java is not far behind. C is old but if you want to learn game development C++ is more widely used for example in Unreal Engine. If using Unity, it would be C#. So it depends on what you want, personally I i would choose Java over C because of its currency, ease of learning and object oriented programming style....
