That first RPG shot was a doozy! Awesome to see Far Cry. Those games were the first NPC battles videos I watched. Hope to see the earlier Far Crys make an appearance as well!
@@RiotNpcBattles Alright, so…might be a bit big standard, but two ideas loosely inspired by Wise from ages ago, plus one similar to this Viet Cong vs Zombies, or a DLC Enemy battle royale (That, plus the aliens from Mars) And “How many cultists to kill a Yeti?”
it's just so silly looking. in far cry 3-4 at least the heavies looked absolutely massive but in 5 they have clear weak points (no arm or leg armor) and are still super tanky
they are a lot less tanky. it makes more sense when a player is fighting them, they go down faster. Plus it'd take an army of AIs to actually kill one in 3-4, while here it takes a squad or two. AI fights just looks silly in general since NPCs don't actually shoot full auto, that's just for cosmetic. They deal damage in like 1 out of 5 shots, so it's more like shooting semi-auto. For example taking into account standard AI damage, cultist security defender take 7 shots to kill, while privateer defender/royal guard defender take 8 shots to kill. If we count the shots that don't deal damage, we are looking at 35-40 shots to kill. Which looks absolutely silly as those enemy types aren't heavily armored enough for that many rounds. Even snipers are guaranteed to miss 50% of their shots. this is the case so that AIs don't obliterate players who don't play stealth, or friendlies don't randomly clear camps for you.
