So he was comnected to those 2 units, then he went to Michigan and came back passed those units, why was he stoped with them, and why didnt they leave also?

The units were only coupled together and nothing more. M/U cables, air hoses, ect were not done because these units were not a consist together. W1m only needs one unit, no reason to take 3.
