a Discord server I'm in actually has a collective headcanon/theory that could bump the technicalities up one. In IDW #56, during Sonic's fight with Surge, she electrocutes him near the end. When the Dynamo Cage overloads and she faints, we see one panel with Sonic's face completely frozen, before the next panel has him gasping. The theory we have is that Surge actually disrupted Sonic's heart rhythm there, causing a brief heart attack that ended up resolving itself (similarly to how an electric shock is sometimes used to restart the heart by doctors, since the shock actually resets the rhythm by briefly stopping the heart and letting it start beating again on its own). Of course this is just a theory and there's not a lot of evidence for it, but there ya go

That’s quite wrong. Light Mobius is confirmed to be an alternate timeline of the Prime Universe. It of course doesn’t work with the Prime Universe, as….you know…the reboot….which killed off the Echidna characters before the Super Genesis Wave was launched, and those characters all exist in Light Mobius But you should’ve kept talking about Light Mobius, as Sonic is thought to have been dead after jumping into a blackhole and altering the space-time continuum

Since sonic 2 sonic can use the emeralds to go super,and he keeps doing that until adventure 2, sonic already understands how the emeralds work and how to harness their power! the thing is when he saw shadow doing it sonic IMEDITIALLY UNDERSTOOD that shadow used the emerald to warp... cause sonic understands chaos esmeralds, so what happens in the end when tails create a fake one that has the same energy and property Sonic literaly made basic math 1+1 = 2 chaos control and it works and makes total sense cause sonic is just as skilled as shadow want more proof? Sonic survived the final battle against bio lizard while Shadow dropped "dead"
